Had some pretty high hopes walking in. The reviews had me thinking this was the one but it landed a little short. Still good, just not quite the “wow” we were expecting. Atmosphere: Nice space overall, just on the louder side. It made it a bit tricky to chat or hear the wait staff at times. Probably not a date-night spot, but it would suit a group or celebration. A touch of sound dampening would go a long way. Service: Mixed bag. A couple of staff were lovely; a couple made us feel like we were being quietly judged for daring to enter with a baby and a pram. Totally get that it’s not ideal, but we definitely felt rushed and a bit out of place. Food: Pretty decent overall. At this price point, we were expecting a little more magic—but nothing was bad. Good enough. Just not the dish-you-think-about-in-the-car-on-the-way-home level.

I recently celebrated my 21st at St Siandra in the beautiful Bluebird Room, and it truly couldn’t have been more perfect. The staff went above and beyond to make the day special, and the food was absolutely delicious — I received countless compliments from guests, and there was more than enough to go around. A special thank you to Hannah and Sarah, who made the planning process seamless with their prompt communication and incredible attention to detail. I can’t recommend St Siandra highly enough for hosting unforgettable events!

My husband and I came here for lunch as our last solo date before we expect our first baby later this month. The food was amazing and service was great. We were also surprised with a little dessert as a gift from the staff which was very kind. Can’t wait to go back!

From the moment we arrived, St Siandra impressed us with its stunning atmosphere and warm, attentive service. The staff were absolutely amazing friendly, professional, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Every detail was perfect, from the thoughtful recommendations to the impeccable timing of each course. The food was outstanding beautifully presented and bursting with flavour. You can really taste the care and creativity that goes into each dish. Combined with the gorgeous waterfront setting, it made for an unforgettable dining experience. St Siandra is one of those rare places that gets everything right service, food, ambiance, and hospitality. Can’t wait to come back!

Summary: A fantastic place for a special occasion. We went to st Sandra for a long Sunday lunch with friends and it was absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed the set menu and it was good. Maybe not remarkable. But tasty and enjoyable. More detail: Excellent options for parking and a beautiful environment. Is wheelchair accessible. Ensure you let them know upon booking so they can give you the right table. If you can, ask for the round table at the end, it’s perfect for a private group. We enjoyed the set menu at the time with lots of cocktails on the side. Service was friendly without being overwhelming. It was a perfect setting for a long Sunday lunch. Recommend and would go again.
