A bit money hungry I say. It’s quite expensive as they charge for the kids and adult to watch. $18 per child on weekday and $5.50 for adult - which it goes to 1 beverage. But get this, not every drink is $5.50 so therefore you have to pay extra to cover that gap. The staff lady is quite blunt with every transaction from the front through to the beverage and food. Don’t forget socks for everyone. Or else you have to buy. As adult sitting and watching, shoes are not allowed. Only socks. But the venue itself is great for little kids. There is a jumping castle with ball pit. There are mini trampolines. And then a climbing gym. And also a baby area with gate play area. There are tables for the parents. I must say. It is way cleaner then flipout. So guess they need to pay expensive rent at west point and keep up the amenities. Oh don’t think about working here with your laptop. They blast Disney music really loud. So therefore don’t have any teams meetings or zoom meetings lol.

I visited Kids Cafe and ordered a pizza for $15. Honestly, the portion was extremely small for the price. While the taste was okay, the size was disappointing and didn’t feel worth the cost at all. I hope they consider increasing the portion size or adjusting the price to match the value in the future

I was extremely pleased with the service ChouChou Bebe provided throughout the entire process from enquire, booking and coordination on the day. The staff were very responsive to all the emails I had sent from initial booking, changes and additions, and payments options. They made the whole day seamless and stuck to the time stated for food service and allowed us to have a tab open for our guests for additional drinks etc. all our guests even complimented how delicious their food and drinks were and how spacious the party room was. The decorations too were very reasonably priced and great quality. I would highly recommend this venue for your next party.

LOVE THIS PLACE! My kids are aged 7-1 and they absolutely love this place, we have been here on a saturday for a public session and have also been here during a privately hired session, the play areas are clean and well kept 😍 lots to do for the kids to keep them busy! The staff here are so lovely and welcoming!!! I deffinitely recommend this place to young families to bring their kids for a fun day out as well as a private function, so so good!!! Food here is so good and very well priced 😍 Thank you to the team at Blacktown Chouchou Bebe !!! We love coming here 🩷

We celebrated my son’s 7th birthday at Chouchou Bebe in Blacktown and it was absolutely amazing! They took care of everything for us, which made the whole day stress-free. The food was delicious, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and both the kids and adults had such a great time. My son had the best day celebrating with his family and friends. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a perfect kids’ party venue!
