Bed is two beds pushed together unfortunately they are different heights so makes it a little uncomfortable. Manager was lovely. A bit irrated that the room was paid for by company but they wanted me to put a $100 deposit. I have never had to do this at any punthills previosly. Beautiful location and very quiet. Close to train station and coles.

Had a relative stay there for a few months, around $15,000 total. On the last day, we asked for a two hour extension to check out which we were explicitly granted. I was then charged for it without any warning. When someone asks for a late check out and reception says it’s fine, people understand it to be free. I called the head office, got told that the fee would be waived and I still got charged. The stay was fine.

Location is near Metro Station, Coles Grocery store, Hillsong Church and the staffs are very accommodating. The rooms are spacious and clean. This is my second stay here and I have always been happy with the service. One suggestion though is for the hotel to have available weighing scale for the guest to use. This is important for the guests.

Had a great stay here in a one bedroom to visit my son who lives nearby. Really excellent value. I recommend booking through the Punthill website for best value. The apartment was clean and bright with everything as advertised. Cooked meals. Did my laundry. Slept great. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Norwest shops are just a short walk as is Norwest Metro. I'll stay here again for sure.

Nice hotel with a good location. Service was great also. Just a bit outdated which was surprising as it’s a bit on the expensive side price wise. We were given a “king bed” which was 2 beds stuck together, allgood as that’s the norms these days. Seen the reviews on the cutlery and what not so stayed away from glasses and plates as it was dirty in the drawers as seen in the photos. Aircon turns off when it wants lucky it wasn’t hot, smart tv is good. Sheets and towels don’t get changed daily you need to be there longer then 3 nights but other than that rest was ok. Parking is $25 a night also. $100 bond. Most probably wont return but good experience anyway.
