My stay at Capella was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I arrived, the service was excellent, attentive, and genuinely world-class. Every staff member went above and beyond to make my experience special. The hotel is stunning - beautifully designed with a perfect blend of heritage charm and modern luxury. My room was immaculate, spacious and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it feel truly premium. The amenities were top-tier, the attention to detail excellent. Fantastic location. Capella exceeded all expectations, it is easily one of the finest stays I've had and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable luxury experience in Sydney.

Had a fantastic 5 night stay on our first visit to Sydney, for a milestone birthday. The team was amazing helping with numerous requests that made my wife’s birthday perfect. All the staff were great, and the level of service was top notch. The location was ideal for a first time visit - a short walk to everything we wanted to do. Breakfast was great, as was in room dining. Really have no complaints and would 100% stay here again on our next trip.

One of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed at with the kindest and most helpful staff! The hotel is truly a piece of art from the restored outside of the building and staircases to the flowers blooming in the lobby. The rooms are huge and bathroom layout is one of the best I’ve seen. The little details in all the amenities like branding on every item, nightly amenity, thoughtful cards, and Dyson products make the stay feel so special. All the dining onsite is beautiful and delicious and the activations at the library are genius! Still think about this stay often and really hope to be able to visit again in the future!

I surprised my wife with a night away for her birthday and our stay at Capella Sydney was exceptional. The service was outstanding, with every team member going above and beyond to ensure our special night away was perfect. The room was luxurious, beautifully designed and incredibly comfortable, making it a true city sanctuary. The property exudes modern elegance and the food and drink options were of exceptional quality. Breakfast was out of this world and I strongly recommend joining the Swell Hour at The Living Room. Capella Sydney delivers on luxury, service and experience. We cannot wait to return.

I’ve stayed here twice now, and it is without question my favourite hotel in Sydney. The team are consistently warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. A special mention to Vincent, whose exceptional hospitality and attention to detail truly elevated our stay. His expertise and care made the experience feel effortless and memorable.
