If you’re a fan of grilled meats and big, bold flavours, Cinder in Barangaroo needs to be on your list. Their Brazilian-inspired churrasco experience is all about fire, flavour and generous servings, and from the very first cut, it delivers. The churrasco is an all-you-can-eat feast where freshly grilled meats keep coming straight to your table. The beef rump cap was an instant favourite tender, juicy, and coated in chimichurri that added the perfect herby punch. The chicken options, from peri-peri to lemon and herb were flavourful and moist, while the lamb stood out with its smoky, wood-fired aroma and well-balanced seasoning. What really completes the experience are the sides. Crispy fries, Brazilian fried rice, black beans, and corn with smoked BBQ salt worked beautifully alongside the meats without overpowering them. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared and well-timed. And just when you think you can’t eat anymore, the cinnamon-sugar grilled pineapple arrives sweet, warm and the perfect way to finish a heavy feast. Service throughout the meal was attentive and friendly, with staff explaining each cut as it was served and making sure the table was always looked after. The atmosphere is warm, modern, and lively, making it a great spot for group dinners or celebrations. Another big plus is that Cinder is 100% halal, which makes it an easy recommendation. The quality, flavours, and overall experience justify the price, and it’s easily one of the better churrasco experiences in Sydney.

Visiting Sydney and a friend introduced this place and loved it so much that ended up visiting several times. Absolutely fantastic halal steaks. The wagyu was cooked to perfection. The tacos were extraordinarily delicious and the fries and corn side complimented the meals well. Would love to try their all you can eat! The meat galore seems very tempting!

Cinders is such an exciting new addition to Barangaroo — hands down one of the best Brazilian BBQ experiences I’ve had in Sydney. The food is incredible: perfectly grilled meats, amazing sides, and everything packed with flavour. The staff were warm, attentive, and made the whole experience feel effortless. The ambiance is spot-on too. It starts as a cozy, vibrant dinner spot, then shifts into a lively late-night vibe with a DJ that keeps the energy going without feeling overwhelming. Perfect place for a fun night out with friends or a date night that’s a little different. Can’t wait to come back!

It was a very good experience. It's rare to eat such delicious food in Sydney. I think it's worth it. The waiter's service attitude is very good and polite. It feels like it's specially trained. I like it very much. It's very comfortable. The food is very full. The whole restaurant is very clean and high-end. Everyone is very nice. Especially one called Elizabeth

Great spot at Barangaroo! We came in for happy hour and ended up staying for dinner. The cocktails were amazing and such good value. The churrasco meats were packed with flavour, and the service was super friendly and attentive. Perfect mix of good vibes, drinks, and food. Definitely coming back!
