Our Level One Lounge is a bright, spacious area with an adjoining balcony overlooking the lively Entertainment Quarter. Floor-to-ceiling windows and multiple screens throughout the space create an energetic, immersive atmosphere while still offering a more private setting for your group.
The space includes its own private bar and bathrooms, making it ideal for seamless, self-contained events. It can accommodate up to 120 guests for cocktail-style functions or up to 70 guests for seated events, offering flexibility for a range of event styles.
Located on Level 1, the lounge is accessed via the staircase near the main entrance, providing a smooth arrival experience for guests.

Dear Team, Please pass on our sincere congratulations and appreciation to every performer involved in the production. We expected the show to be excellent, but it far exceeded our expectations, it was truly sensational. Each performer played an important role in creating a production that was both highly professional and thoroughly entertaining. The talent, energy, and dedication displayed throughout the performance made for a memorable experience, and we would like to commend everyone involved. We chose VIP seating to enjoy the best possible view, and overall the experience was exceptional. The only feedback I would offer is that VIP guests seated in the front row could be advised that there is a step down near the front-row seating area. Unfortunately, my wife was not aware of the step and, after coming from the bright outdoor area into the darker auditorium, did not see the change in level. As we were seated in AA5 and AA6, 2.30pm performance today, 6th June. Kay was focusing on locating our seats and sadly missed the step, resulting in a severe ankle injury. While this was an unfortunate incident, I would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to your First Aid Officer, Anthony. He provided outstanding care, professionalism, and genuine concern throughout the entire situation. Please ensure management is aware of the exceptional service he provided and pass on our sincere thanks. In the end, my wife required assistance to reach our vehicle, and Anthony arranged for security to bring a buggy around and escort us to our car. His support and attention made a difficult situation much easier to manage, and we are extremely grateful. Despite this unfortunate accident, we thoroughly enjoyed the performance and would like to thank everyone involved for delivering such a remarkable production. Wings are okay, they’re a little bit small. The onion rings had no onion in them. They were just fried crispy batter wings. Good Beer selection

Winghaus is our weekly Friday night go-to, and it never disappoints. The food quality, service, and facilities are consistently excellent, creating a great overall experience every time. They’ve clearly fine-tuned their offering to suit their target market perfectly. It’s a fantastic spot to catch up with family and friends in a lively, well-equipped sports bar setting.

German - Paulaner, Franziskaner and Löwenbräu beer on tab. Very good!!!! I had a chicken burger and a beef burger. Cooked perfectly. This place is great … but apart from the beer, nothing else is German or European. It’s rather American.
