A stylish Hamptons beach house theme with elegant oyster shell feature walls, fresh limewash timber floors and lighting accents, offers you the ultimate in relaxed luxury. Our Commodores Room has recently undergone a stunning renovation and is perfect for ceremonies and more intimate celebrations. Zest’s Beachouse at Point Piper is the perfect waterfront venue to celebrate in style.
Capacity: up to 160 seated with dancefloor, or up to 300 cocktail. A smaller room is also available for more intimate events.

We couldn’t have chosen a more incredible venue for our wedding. From the very first walkthrough to the final moments of the night, everything at Zest Rose Bay felt effortless, polished, and genuinely cared for. The waterfront setting is obviously breathtaking, but what truly sets this venue apart is the team behind it. On the day itself, the staff were calm, attentive, and completely in control which allowed us to focus on being present and enjoy every moment. She took care of every detail behind the scenes, coordinated seamlessly with all of our vendors, and made sure everything looked and felt absolutely stunning. To the Zest team, Thank you very much. We had an absolutely fantastic Christmas party - The venue is absolutely stunning and was beautifully set up which made everyone feel welcome. The food was exceptional, with a wonderful variety of dishes that were delicious and beautifully presented. Drinks were plentiful and expertly served, keeping the festive cheer flowing during the evening. We found the staff also attentive, friendly, and ensured everything ran smoothly. Definitely a five-star experience – we have no hesitation in highly recommend Point Piper to our family, friends and business colleagues.
