Host a banquet for up to 800 guests in one of the largest pillarless ballrooms in Auckland. The Great Room is styled with 33 showstopping crystal chandeliers, creating a lavish setting for gala dinners and celebrations. It can be transformed into four separate spaces ranging from 200 to 1160 square meters.

The Crystal Room offers a bright and elegant venue for banquets with 200 guests, or a theatre-style conference for 300 guests. There is a private foyer for pre-event cocktails, a stage for performances, and an area that can be used as a dance floor. Divide the room into two separate spaces, perfect as breakout rooms adjacent to the Great Room.

The Jade Room is one of our most versatile venues and can seat up to 294 guests. It opens onto an adjacent outdoor terrace, creating the perfect setting for al fresco dining or pre-event cocktails. It can also be transformed into separate, smaller rooms if required.

Absolutely perfect experience here. Staff so friendly and attentive, nice ala carte breakfast in the restaurant and awesome free sauna and heated pool! Comfortable beds, well equipped room and bathroom and quiet. Great location. Especially enjoyed a quiet morning at the pool in the sun before heading back to winter in the USA.
We had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The service was outstanding from the moment we arrived. Every staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay comfortable. They anticipated our needs, responded quickly to every request, and added thoughtful touches that made the experience feel personal. We left feeling relaxed, valued, and truly cared for. We specially came to witness New year's eve fireworks display at the sky tower and specifically booked a sky tower view Room. We had a fantastic close up view of the New year's fire works. We had many meals through Room service and happy to say the food was excellent and delivered as promised in a timely manner.I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking excellent service.
⸻ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We don’t often leave reviews, and when we do, it’s usually to highlight issues — especially after reading many misleading or fake reviews in the past and then experiencing the complete opposite. However, we truly couldn’t let this stay pass without sharing how fantastic it was. Our experience at Cordis Auckland was exceptional. The staff were outstanding — special thanks to Nikhil and Manish, who were incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Their service made our stay memorable. This hotel is highly recommended.
We would like to thank a million to Ryker and his manager for letting us staying here at least for 2 nights due to wrongly booked the hotel room in March instead of February 2026. You have saved us from staying no where after the long hour flight to Auckland. Moreover we were offered blend of luxury and comfort benefit like breakfast and afternoon tea, club lounge bar and pre dinner canapés The room is specious, neat and clean! Nice to stay and highly recommended!
The room we had was the best we've had so far, loved it. Everything was very clean except for one of the glasses in the bathroom, it had toothpaste residue which was gross tbh. Loved the selection of toiletries and treats, thank you. As always we love the signature lotion, hand-wash and shampoo, I really wish Cordis sold the line, the scent is to die for. Breakfast at the executive lounge was good, less of a variety than usual though. The cooked eggs were very good but the poor lady making them was run off her feet as was Barbara who was basically carrying breakfast service by herself, what a star. Just a suggestion, perhaps numbering the tables would make things less confusing for the egg station, then we could just write in the number of the table for egg orders instead of the staff walking around trying to find who ordered what. Also the Exectuive Room check in desk has been removed from the reception area so check in took longer than usual which was a pity. All in all we really enjoyed our stay, Cordis is one of our favourite hotels. Thank you very much for a relaxing experience.
