Host a banquet for up to 800 guests in one of the largest pillarless ballrooms in Auckland. The Great Room is styled with 33 showstopping crystal chandeliers, creating a lavish setting for gala dinners and celebrations. It can be transformed into four separate spaces ranging from 200 to 1160 square meters.

The Crystal Room offers a bright and elegant venue for banquets with 200 guests, or a theatre-style conference for 300 guests. There is a private foyer for pre-event cocktails, a stage for performances, and an area that can be used as a dance floor. Divide the room into two separate spaces, perfect as breakout rooms adjacent to the Great Room.

The Jade Room is one of our most versatile venues and can seat up to 294 guests. It opens onto an adjacent outdoor terrace, creating the perfect setting for al fresco dining or pre-event cocktails. It can also be transformed into separate, smaller rooms if required.

This hotel has lots to improve 1. House keeping came with wrong order (asked for razor at 1pm but came with shaving cream WITHOUT razor after 30 mins and you can't reach them from 2pm to 6pm) 2. Breakfast restaurant staff insist my room had consumed breakfast when it's not true. The gentlemen was frowning and frustrated why my room card only reflects 1 person which is not within my control (we had 2 club rooms meant for 4 and only 3 pax staying). No greetings and only frustration and grumbling from the restaurant staff. Bad way to start my morning However I'm giving it 5 stars as I'm fortunate enough to meet 2 person who helped and assisted me from check in to check out with a big genuine smile 1. Nicky (or Nicki) - you can see her everywhere at the lobby. She promptly assisted me with my luggages, shared information about where I can park my car and how the hotel can assist with parking while checking in and transportation to airport. I saw her at check in, she greeted us when we came back at the main door with a smile and also send us off the next day with a big smile 2. Ryker - he was so meticulous during the check in process, sharing all details about the hotel facilities and amenities and trying his best to get my room request. Upon check out, he's busy helping to weigh our luggages multiple times with very precise record of each luggage weight, while checking us out. We were grateful we got Ryker in the queue for both check in and check out and his great assistance and professionalism. Big thanks to Ryker and Nicky for making our stay in Auckland lovely.
Absolutely incredible stay! My partner and I came for our anniversary and the room was set up beautifully, with a dessert waiting for us and a congratulatory note. The staff were super helpful and the service was amazing. The spa and heated rooftop pool were awesome but the thing that stood out the most was how far the hotel went to make us feel special and important. Definitely worth the price!
Start to finish, the cordis staff made our stay enjoyable. Valet parking, very professional even when i couldnt locate my ticket straight away, they were great. Concierge great customer service. Highly recommend the Cordis hotel. We stay the night for my partners birthday and they made it very special. 10 out of 10.
Cordis, Auckland is at a very convenient location. It is within walking distance to the heart of Auckland and various restaurants. The room is comfortable and modern, although there are some wear-and-tear issues but not a concern. If valet parking is not preferred, there are parking lots nearby with various overnight or short-term (multiple days) parking options. There is also a shuttle bus available to get to the city centre. We did not experience other amenities and facilities of the hotel but heard good words about them.
We just had our son’s birthday Red Panda high tea with summer high tea in this hotel. Can’t say thank you enough to the staff especially Kirsty for making our son’s birthday super especial. All staff especially Kirsty was so warm, welcoming & friendly & respectful to us & our son . She treated our son like she knows him for long and made him feel so especial and proud . Had the best time ever tonight . Appreciate you . Highly recommend this place! 💖
