The hotel staff exemplified what true customer service means. It is one of the nicest Hilton hotels I've stayed at mostly for the incredible views, fresh food and wonderful front desk staff, Riley at the front desk was the best. Highly recommend getting one of the suites on the end for the view (see pictures). The rooms interior could use an update. They are working through updating the rooms. Booking through Amex gives the $100 credit which is valuable. Also, the end of the dock is so quiet as long as there isn't a cruise ship. Also, it was fun to watch the ship that was there leave

This is a lovely Hilton, with all the usual facilities. Its ideally located, within easy walking distance of the town, yet in a nice quiet location with fantastic views over the bay. The facilities are good, with gym and lap pool in the summer. There is also onsite parking. The restaurant is nice and has a very good breakfast. The rooms are also nice, clean and up to the usual Hilton standard. It’s a convenient, quiet hotel, with fantastic views, if you get one of the rooms with a balcony. I would certainly recommend staying here.

The location is absolutely fantastic. No question there. The hotel itself needs sole serious refurbishing, which is partially being done now. The pool was closed at the time we were there. So they gave us an option of an external pool with a voucher, which is fine, but the pool option was one of the reasons we booked this place. The service is, for some parts, really horrible. First of all, the room was not serviced in the 4 hours we were away, and we left a “please service” at the door. Upon calling to at least get some coffee, she said I can have somebody right now - this is exactly what is not to be happening in a 5* hotel. The late check-out option was 1 hour later, because they were “busy”. Half of the hotel is empty. All in all, there are some serious improvements to be done here.

Fantastic location. Easy walk to and from cruise ship! Right in the middle of everything we could walk everywhere. Room and bathroom are huge and the patio was enormous! Get harbor view! It's worth it. Concierge desk is right by elevators and you are greeted coming and going!

One of the best stays we’ve had!! Stunning views, we could see the sky tower from our room. Very spacious, prime location and extremely helpful staff. We will definitely stay here again! Pool was closed when we went. Cute small gym there too.
