Excellent staff at Reception and the Restaurant (waitress Kotomi is amazing!). Food was delicious, and they had plenty of options for us as vegetarians. We loved the cleanliness and modern design of the room. Fantastic bathroom, beautiful design of the shower and very satisfying shower pressure. Very practical location right opposite the Ferry terminal. We would have highly appreciated a sauna/wellness area during our stay for relaxation, and are wondering if that could be a possible addition for the future.

Just finished a stay at this amazing hotel. Everything was exceptional, from check-in onward. The food is delicious, and I got the best night of sleep of my entire trip. We did a lot of traveling throughout the North Island, and this was our final stop before flying home. The hotel felt immaculately clean, and the rooms were large and spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for 2 nights with our two children in a 2 queend bed room. The staff were very nice and accommodating, and we felt very welcomed. They offered our kids a coloring kit, and a baby bathrobe for our toddler, which was super cute. Because it was Matariki, they also dropped off some bon bons at our room. The hotel breakfast was fantastic, and we stayed in and got in-room dining because we were exhausted; the bento boxes for the kids had very generous portions. We loved staying here and would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful family weekend staycation at InterContinental Auckland, and everything was fantastic. The service was incredible from start to finish. Our room was a perfect size, beautifully presented, and very comfortable. The harbour views were absolutely breathtaking, and everything about the room was above and beyond our expectations. We also had Club access, which was absolutely worth it. The Club Lounge itself was exceptional, with great food, drinks, and service. We really enjoyed the afternoon tea, and later in the evening we received a complimentary bottle of wine, which was such a lovely touch. There were also many thoughtful little perks throughout our stay, including the turndown service with chocolates left on the bed. I would also like to mention the staff member who was serving us canapés in the Club Lounge on Saturday evening, 30 May. I cannot remember his name, but he was extremely helpful, kind, and professional. His service really stood out and made our evening even more enjoyable. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and we would definitely stay again.

WOW!!!! 5 out of 5!!!! The design of the rooms are amazing. They have the tv sound in the bathrooms. Their lights in the closet are in the coat hanger itself. There are night lights in the toilet. The room is bigger than standard. The appliances look brand new. The toiletries are next level. The robes and slippers are a nice touch. The automation on the blinds and lights are awesome. The coffee pods are delicious . I had to have 2 of them this morning after coming from Vanuatu (lack of coffee connoisseur) this coffee was excellent. The tv casting is better than most.allowing tv and Netflix hulu etc. the bedsheets are luxurious. Im hard to please. But this experience was next level. Even the check in and out process took less than 3 mins. Views were amazing!!! The concierge helped with luggage both entry and exit. The only thing I suggest is having steak vege and chips on the in room dining. The other options so famcy. After a long travel day I just wanted simple hardy food options. The burger sufficed but the base was soggy from the tomato. Having a clock in the room to tell the time would be nice. Interesting to not see a bible in the room. Not that Im religious. Just something I noticed. 5 out of 5. Will be back again for sure. Thank you for your hospitality.
