Stayed at the Auckland city hotel. So central to everything. Lovely helpful staff. Only had breakfast but plenty of it & good options of juices, cereals, breads & hot food. Beds really comfy & pillows lovely. Very clean rooms & bathroom. Will definitely stay here again

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Sudima Hotel Auckland with my family. It was an amazing experience, especially for my mum who absolutely loved watching the SkyCity New Year’s fireworks from the comfort of our room—such a memorable highlight for us all! All the hotel staff were genuinely nice and welcoming. The front desk team was friendly, approachable, and very professional; they truly know how to do their job well. I also really appreciate the housekeeping staff for keeping our room clean and tidy throughout our stay. Room service was quick to respond to our requests, which made everything even more convenient. One of the most fun and impressive parts of our stay was the room service bot that delivered our food orders, we were all amazed and enjoyed the experience! The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and we had great quality sleep every night. The food was nutritious and delicious as well. Overall, our experience was excellent and highly commendable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Sudima Hotel Auckland to others.

We had a lovely three night stay at the Sudima hotel, situated not too far from the main shopping area and only a 20 min walk to the harbour. Rooms are spacious with the necessary facilities. Beds are super comfortable with room service for beverages or food.

The Buffet Breakfast and Coffee are excellent. The Staff is polite and helpful with every request, even extra towels at off hours were brought to our room. The cleanliness is top notch and the rooms were quiet. The pillows and beds were very comfortable. This hotel deserves 5 Stars.

Had a wonderful stay at Sudima on New Year's Eve, service from check-in to check-out was awesome. Sinead i believe was the duty manager checked us in was outstanding, she even offered us a late check-out knowing it was going to be a late night. We had a minor issue trying to get into the roof top bar which was open to all guest from 4-7pm n paid booking from 7pm. Sinead n Daniel sorted it out within minutes. We had a great evening at the bar until 7pm, amazing selection of cocktails. All 3 bar staffs were awesome. Breakfast buffet options was good (normal buffet selection). This Hotel is in a great location handly to walk to Sky City n Auckland City. Thank you for making our stay memorable.
