Millennium is a wonderful place to stay but, more importantly, staff could not be more friendly and accommodating. We had the pleasure of enjoying the club facilities and were absolutely spoiled by our hosts: Carl welcomed us on our first day and Nori ensured we enjoyed the rest of our stay. Thank you so much gentlemen, it was an absolute pleasure to meet you and enjoy your hospitality. Anyone coming to Rotorua would be well advised to invest in accommodation that allows them to meet you and enjoy the great experience you provide. I have stayed at the Millennium many times in the past, and it's always been fantastic. Clean, quiet rooms with modern amenities. But this review is specifically regarding the excellent customer service around a recent reservation I made, in conjunction with an extra night paid for by an outside party. Unfortunately that outside party cancelled my group's reservations with just days to spare. Alex (one of the managers) was totally understanding of the situation, refunding me fully for my reservation - and this was after he went through the trouble of connecting the rooms and giving me a great price to boot. He could have easily made me commit to my reservation, which I was prepared to do. Very thankful for his warm customer service! Thanks again Alex - I will be more than happy to book with the Millennium next time I'm in Rotorua to pay it forward.

My partner and I rarely get a chance to go out and we spent the evening at your restaurant. The food was incredible and the staff were very polite. A special shoutout to the bar man Cole who made the best cocktails I’ve ever had. Would highly recommend! We’ll definitely be back again and bring our friends.

We recently stayed at the Millennium Hotel Rotorua. It is for our mini getaway. We booked our king-size bedroom with breakfast. Our room looks out onto the courtyard, which features many well-maintained native plants and some nice outdoor seating. The room is comfortable and clean. I appreciate the updated amenities, such as light-blocking curtains, soundproofing for the room, and efficient, quiet thermostats or air conditioning. There is a water kettle, a mini fridge and a selection of tea bags in the room. The swimming pool is clean and heated to around 29 degrees Celsius, a nice alternative to the typical hot spring temperature. The breakfast room overlooks the outdoor heated pool area. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

Amazing hotel with friendly and welcoming staff. The breakfast was lovely and served from 6:30 to 10:00. Room was clean, comfortable, and the shower pressure was excellent. Definitely planning to come back! ☺️
