We stayed here as a couple and had a really great experience. The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It was the perfect place to come back to after a day of exploring. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always making sure everything was fine and that we felt welcome. The whole place had a really nice atmosphere, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Had a very enjoyable, relaxing 5 night stay at the Millennium Hotel Queenstown. Location is perfect, just a short walk from the centre. Room was cozy and modern, beds very comfortable and rooms well cleaned. Great food and coffee. The restaurant manager, Vik, was very accommodating and really positively impacted my stay. All the staff were very attentive and friendly. Would highly recommend staying here.

From the moment we walked through the doors we were greeted so warmly by Raj the Duty Manager. He accomodated us in a beautiful Junior Suite. The room and all amenities were perfect, the bed luxurious. Raj made our stay so memorable and checked each day how we were and suggested activities. We found all staff amazingly friendly from Front desk. Housekeeping, Bar and Restaurant. The food was delicious especially the Signature Lamb. What really blew me away was the treats, card and balloons left in our room for my birthday. We absolutely loved our stay and left feeling Raj had mad us feel like family. Queenstown Millennium you look after Raj he's one in a million. Thank you Raj ❤️❤️❤️

No Hot Water in Winter — Unacceptable Stayed in July — peak winter season. Returned after a full day of sightseeing in freezing conditions to find absolutely no hot water. Could not shower at all. Contacted the front desk. Was told they "didn't know when it would be restored." No solution offered. No room change. No compensation. No apology. Just "wait." No one followed up. Hot water is the bare minimum for any hotel. Failing to provide it in the middle of winter, then responding with complete indifference, is disgraceful. Other reviews confirm this is a recurring issue that management has not fixed. Formal complaint filed with hotel GM, NZ Managing Director, and corporate HQ. Will never stay at a Millennium hotel again. Strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

The inky reason this isn't 5 stars is because in all my travels all over the world I've never come across a hotel room without a microwave that had a mini fridge. If that doesn't bother you the location is walkable and safe to get to city centre, the shower was beautiful and had a nice rainfall shower head. The service from the front desk was terrific and welcoming. Our room had a nice view of one of the mountain peaks as well and depsite the room being street side it didnt feel too noisy at night.
