We booked a night at the hotel prior to flying out and it was perfect- late check in and Karina was very kind, thorough and sharing lots of deals and discounts with us. Room was large, clean and we could park literally outside th door. It was warm comfy and had all that we needed. Overall a great way to settle into our holiday! Pak Ono in the cafe the next morning was just delightful and very kind. Didn't hear a single plane! Would definitely recommend booking Jetpark Hamilton

the twin room with 2 double beds in it is sizeable, comfortable and has everything you need for your stay. We were on the airport side and heard not a single peep the whole time we stayed (sound proofed rooms) from either airport, cars or neighbouring rooms it was really pleasantly quiet the whole time. The pool was amazing! not heated but had a cool sitting area, sauna, coloured lights in the pool etc. Our stay included a beautiful cooked buffet breakfast each morning which was really nice. great service from everyone we encountered, always helpful and going the extra mile. The only comment we had to make to move it to a 5 star, was the room felt damp in the mornings and evenings (even with leaving windows open etc) so it needs a bit better ventilation, and also some bug control. Lots of dead insects on the bathroom floor each day. Nothing we couldn't handle. Over all we loved our stay and would happily recommend. :)

Had a fabulous stay. Staff were amazing.👍 Rooms were spotless and luxurious. Great variety for Breakfast buffet meal and very tasty. Coffee was perfect too. Enjoyed having use of the Pool and Tennis Court and the Activity pack for our children was a nice touch.👍 Overall, we had a fabulous time and would highly recommend. Thank you.

I would recommend this place to anyone. Very handy to the Hamilton Airport, just a 2min walk away. Rooms are very clean, and the restaurant dinner was impeccable (rib eye fillet). I didn't get to use the other amenities as I stayed one night for business travel. Will definitely be back for visits to Hamilton. Thank JetPark.
