The Grounds of Alexandria is definitely worth a visit! We went on a weekend, so it was incredibly busy, but thankfully we managed to get a table after just a few minutes of waiting. We ordered a few things like Mexican Bowl, some pizzas for the kids, fish n chips and chilli hot dog. To be honest the food it self were not spectacular but I think decent enough. The highlight of our visit was the beautiful Van Gogh Starry Night-themed installation. The stunning decorations, with sunflowers everywhere, created such a magical atmosphere and made the whole experience feel extra special. A memorable place to visit in Sydney, simply to soak in the amazing seasonal displays.

First time back after a long time — the last time we visited was years ago when they had the Cinderella display. It was also our first time coming for breakfast, as we usually come for afternoon tea. The place is always amazing and very Instagrammable. The food was good overall, but the juice was absolutely amazing — definitely a highlight. We came as a group of five and ordered the big breakfast, trout, pancakes, shakshuka, and the omelette. Portions were generous and nicely presented. Service was great, and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. Overall, a lovely experience.

We had a wonderful breakfast at The Grounds of Alexandria. The atmosphere is absolutely beautiful, with stunning gardens, charming décor, and a unique ambience that makes the experience feel special from the moment you arrive. Our breakfast was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. The hot chocolate was a standout—rich, creamy, and one of the best we’ve had. The staff were friendly and attentive, and despite how busy the venue was, the service was excellent. A perfect spot for breakfast, coffee, or simply enjoying the incredible surroundings. Highly recommend visiting if you’re in Sydney. We can’t wait to come back!

Went in the afternoon and was lucky to find parking. Walked straight in and there was plenty of seating. We were served pretty quickly. Just got a desert and coffee. The iced coffee came deconstructed and was really smooth. The strawberry cake was absolutely delicious and a must try.

The Grounds of Alexandria has always been one of my favourite places to go to. Always has something fun to do and discover. Love the different sections that cater to different moods. Perfect for catch up with friends and families. Lots of fun things for young families with kids and babies, too. The food is delightful and always so pretty. Absolutely love this place! 🌟
