Finally made it to the famous The Grounds! The coffee beans weren’t quite as amazing as I expected, and the matcha didn’t have that nice milk foam on top — a tiny bit disappointing, but honestly, the beautiful presentation totally made up for it. Everything looked so gorgeous it almost made the food taste better! Special shoutout to the croissant — absolutely loved it! The combo of kumquat jam, cream, and the cookie croissant was just perfect — sweet but not heavy, super satisfying. I ordered the corn fritters as well, and you can definitely tell they were deep-fried at a high temperature. A bit heavy for breakfast, but still flavorful. There was quite a lot of sour cream at the bottom, and I wish there had been a bit more avocado to balance it out. Overall though, I was really happy with the experience — lovely atmosphere, great vibes, and beautifully plated food. Totally get why everyone talks about this place!

The Grounds is always a beautiful spot to visit. The gardens, décor, and overall atmosphere make it such a charming place to relax or catch up with friends. The food was good, though fairly average for the price, but still tasty and satisfying. What really stood out was the attached bakery. The cakes were delicious! Definitely worth stopping by for a coffee and something sweet if you’re in the area.

- Packed. Reservation is recommended before coming. - A lot of corners and “blocks” to dine and take pictures. They even have children playground and animal pens - Foods are just alright. Pretty generous portion tho 1. Steak is a little tough 2. Burgers are alright and a little dry. 3. Salads’ sauce are too creamy and overwhelms the whole dish. - Relatively expensive.

Great spot with a good variety of choices for different price points. Today I did the garden bbq (cheaper option) breakfast burger was decent as were the pancakes (but not a patch on Brothers Coffee project). Juices were small for the price the detox lacked ginger. Excellent decor and environment.

The Ground Alexandria never disappoints. The atmosphere is absolutely five-star — beautifully curated and incredibly welcoming. The food is delicious, though I’d say the prices lean towards the higher side. That said, it’s definitely worth it for the quality, presentation, and overall dining experience. The service is excellent — the staff are attentive, friendly, and always available when needed. One thing I particularly love is how the restaurant embraces seasonal themes. Right now, it’s decorated in a stunning Snow White theme, which adds a magical touch, especially for families with children. I brought my daughter along this time, and she was absolutely enchanted by the setting. For our meal, I ordered the Big Breakfast, a kids’ menu item for my daughter, and a Tropical Juice. Every dish was flavorful, well-prepared, and perfectly portioned. The juice was refreshing and paired wonderfully with the meal. Another big plus is the parking — there’s plenty of space, which makes the visit hassle-free, even during busy hours. The only downside I noticed was the limited restroom facilities. Inside the dining area, there’s just one restroom each for men and women, which can be a bit inconvenient during peak hours. Other than that, everything was exceptional. I highly recommend visiting, especially if you’re looking for a family-friendly place with great food, beautiful ambiance, and a unique seasonal charm.
