The Grand Ballroom is our largest event space, combining timeless elegance with modern versatility. With soaring ceilings, crystal chandeliers, and a vast open-plan layout, it sets the stage for unforgettable gala dinners, award nights, trade shows, large-scale conferences and weddings.

You’ll be blown away by the grandeur of the Grand Hall as you arrive via the stairs from the Flinders Centre Foyer, with its floor to ceiling glass windows letting in an abundance of natural light, private bar, and large terrace. The Grand Hall is ideal for cocktails parties, exhibitions and pre function space when booked with the Grand Ballroom.

The Theatre is where live shows, dance concerts, film festivals, and conferences come to life! The Theatre is the perfect for ticketed events with allocated seating, high production events and school activities.

The Banksia Gallery is the ideal location for your pre-event function, whether it’s tea and coffee, or champagne and canapes or as a trade show/exhibition area, this space overlooks the Rainforest Lounge and has an abundance of natural light. With an open floor plan and direct access to each of our Level 1 Events Centre rooms, it’s the perfect setting to welcome your guests.

Bottle Brush is one of the most versatile mid-sized rooms in the Club, designed for corporate and private functions alike.

An intimate room, Wattle is designed for smaller events or as a breakout room for larger events.
