My husband and I stayed for two nights. However, I would not recommend this accomodation. You’re better off paying a bit more for a nicer, cleaner place. The carpet had stains everywhere and the room was much smaller than pictured. The biggest negative was that we were sharing a wall with the people in the room next to us so we could hear everything they were doing which was not pleasant. Positive is that it’s close to main Blackheath shops and the gardens are nice

I went there during the long weekend and they were having some staffing issues. Despite only having 3 staffs working on that day, they were still delivering excellent service! The place is beautiful, super clean and really quiet, perfect for relaxing. The room is very spacious, great for family holiday. Overall, I'm a happy customer and will recommend this place to others.

The loft room was lovely and offered beautiful views of the gardens. The customer service during check-in and check-out was excellent. The Parklands is in a convenient location and provides free parking and Wi-Fi, which were both great.

Parklands is a beautiful, serene place. It’s like another little world. The gardens are beautiful to wander through and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The electric fire in our room was lovely to sit by on a cool night. The buffet breakfast offered a delicious variety and the breakfast room looking out on to the gardens, was gorgeous. The staff very very friendly and attentive. We would have loved to stay longer.

I loved everything about my stay and the room was incredibly generous and clean and gorgeous. Looking out at the forest from your bed is next level wonderful. Thanks so much for a fantastic two night escape from the hurly burly.
