Gluten free review (can’t comment about real food): Was there anything wrong with the food? No. Was there anything memorable about it? No. But that’s okay. Come here for the vibes and ambiance. The sprouted gf bread was good and toasted, just small, as it always is, so it comes spread across two, which was nice. Just a bit pricey all things considered for rather unexciting brekkies, but maybe it’s what I ordered. Fine place, just not great, I’d get a pastry instead next time.

Cafe is located a short walk away from Bondi Beach. It looks small from outside but there is ample space and seating inside. The Bagels and drinks are yummy. Smoked lox (salmon) with onion and cream cheese on a seeds and spices bagel along with iced pineapple & mint drink was delicious and refreshing on a hot and sunny day. Staff is lovely. A very good experience, five stars and absolutely recommended!!

Lovely spot off the beaten path in Bondi. This is one of those rare gems that's open from early for ☕ until late 🍹. Visited for breakfast and had a delish porridge and scrambled eggs with bagel. 🥯 Bagels are made in-house, daily. Indoor and outdoor seating. Nice courtyard, too. ⬇️ Typically, deliciously fresh bagels aren't served toasted, so I have to admit that was a little mystifying. Also, no kids' menu, so it was a splurge for a full-sized meal. (See more detail under 'kids menu', below.) ✔️ Update: Visited June 2024 and there's now a kiddie scrambled egg with bagel! Updated the stars accordingly 🙂 ⬆️ The pastrami is home-made and looks amazing. Didn't have it as this was a breakfast visit. ✔️ Update: Had the corned beef ruben and it was fantastic!

We were there in September following a tip in our Lonely Planet guide. The place itself is low key, but don’t let that put you off. The deli sandwiches are to die for - so good! We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in Bondi.

We had the Turkey Sandwich and Pumpkin Salad. While everything was fresh and tasty, we were disappointed to discover Challah bread was made from white flour and the sesame miso dressing in the salad was overly sweet. We ended up with not quite a healthy meal as we thought we were getting.
