My partner and I stayed the night here recently after I had a really big health scare. It was exactly what we needed! It was absolutely beautiful, spacious, comfortable. The Skye bar was gorgeous and a really nice vibe. I couldn't drink alcohol but my partner could and he said it was perfect. Staff were so friendly, and the room service was amazing. Note, the waffles for breakfast are delicious!! The shower was HOT which is perfect cause I love a boiling shower. Definitely felt a little to bogan for this place but it was such an awesome experience!

I did not want to post this but here goes, after the treatment I received I’m not holding back $270 of fishing lures were “lost” during a room clean, it is my last night in the hotel and they have not found them, nor offered me any form of recompensation, and as I spoke to roselee at reception she was very rude to me, told me there was no way this could have happened and even raised her voice at me. I calmly and politely asked her to lower her tone. I have been told she has “emailed her manager” but have been given no eta and no offer for any compensation Breakfast was also cold and the waiter spilled beans on my feet in the morning.

Booked the junior suite king bed (city view) - had two single beds pushed together with a thin sheet on top. Lemonade bottle was opened and had been replaced with water, view was average and bed head was covered in dust. Room itself is decent but wish there was a rug or something on the tiles. They forgot our towels but service was nice and gave us some.

Very close to great shopping including an amazing Sunday market in the park right across the road. Very helpful and friendly staff. Beds and pillows firm and take care when using elevators as there’s a slight gap. Overall a great place to stay with amazing breakfasts so make sure you go for the package deal.

Very nice hotel in a decent area. I say that as it's definitely the nicest building with a few blocks, but just a couple away the area gets very nice. I had a great stay in my room, but there may be a couple communication issues between the hotel and their on-site restaurants. The chef at Onyx (who did a great job and offered a wonderful experience) was on a different page regarding what the hotel was offering in their bookings. I was also given a drink ticket to use at the hotels rooftop bar. When I arrived there, I was told I was to leave as I didn't have a ticket for the private dating event they were having up there, and I'd have to pay if I wished to stay. Therefore I'm not sure why they'd hand out tickets that were unusable, and allow events to kick out paying hotel guests. It makes me question if those establishments are owned by the hotel, or just allowed to operate within it. Either way, I'd still consider it a good stay, just some weird kinks to work out between the places on premises. Would stay here again.
