James and Brodie were amazing. All staff were very understanding of my unique situation and comforting. I can't thank them enough for their support and help with my accommodation and my stay there. This is a 5 star venue all the way. Best I have ever experienced. Thank you for everything.. I'll be back for sure. Again the best customer service ever received. Well done and thank you. 😊

Rooms were modern and tidy with basic amenities (no toothbrushes or room slippers). Booked the large double bed but it was hard to sleep in the middle of the bed as there was a crack where the 2 single beds connected. Good breakfast with decent choices. Secure underground parking. A good and convenient location to stay for a work trip.

My friends and I attended one of the Rydges Bottomless Brunch events which was a great day out. We were promptly seated at 11:30am, no earlier and offered a mimosa straight up. The presentation, food and atmosphere was lovely. Would have loved a scone as part of the platter options but there was plenty to share. Staff were attentive and not overbearing. The cocktails were very sweet and unsure of actual alcohol content. There were various other functions happened around the hotel but this did not disrupt the flow of the brunch. Would recommend to others.

As a reasonably elderly guest, I found accessing the shower located above the bath very challenging. Leaving it even more so. I would not recommend this very dated facility to any save the most agile. To charge for every edible item (nuts, etc.) above the bar fridge seemed mean in this rank of hotel. Breakfast, with the all the doors to the outside areas (1 degree) open, was freezing. Was this to encourage moving on?

I spent multiple nights at this Hotel. Rooms are in a poor state. Air-conditioning particularly the heating does not work, as this was in winter. Bathroom is in poor condition. A manhole that is rusted and gives the impression it will dory at any moment. An extraction fan that doesn't work and the grille is coated in dust that has never been cleaned. A doorstop that is completely demolished. The bedroom has damaged walls, paint falling off all around the edges. The room was not vacuumed properly as there was glitter in the carpet. As this took 2 days for all the glitter to be cleaned this shows wither not enough time for the staff or no proper maintenance of the cleaning equipment. The sliding door does not seal, with a main road adjacent this is a noisy room particularly at night. A fridge that is you use will result in multiple charges to your card even if you put your own items inside. A Kettle is provided however no mugs are, just 4 small glass cups let alone no sachets for beverages. An online website describing prices of items in the mini bar that are exorbitant. This Hotel shows by the damage it has not spent time an money maintaining the rooms. One good thing is the Campbelltown Catholic club that is a nice restaurant and a short walk to shops. This is right in between two train stations although close is a little inconvenient for trains.
