We recently stayed at Rydges Campbelltown during an unexpected difficult time for our family. The staff were very caring and flexible throughout the time we were there, doing their best to support us by allowing us to checkout late and finding available rooms at very short notice. The rooms were extremely comfortable and modern and the buffet breakfast was amazing! Thank you James and Caitlin, your help and consideration of our situation was greatly appreciated. A wonderful place to stay!

My Review was from 14th February 2026.My partner and I had dinner in the main restaurant. Ohh dear, we ordered a Mornington peninsula Pinonoir of which they came and told us they had non left at 18:15 pm. we orderd a pork belly starter with a baby apple and it had some kind of crunchy condiment,both the apple and condiment were completely rancid, big mistake , the kitchen had zero comeback or even the decency to even acknowledge this monumental mistake.The next unforgettable mistake or total lack of care was the main course a steak Scott fillet served with cold mash and cold plate was the diabolical prawn and scallop ravioli. Jesus christ, it was bad,old smelling seafood inside really old pasta with a bisque style sauce that wouldn't rate in a dog's kennel. We were complimented the 2 worst dishes but at a price, my girlfriend was driving the porcelain bus for the remainder of the evening. To Whom ever the Chef is well he needs too take responsibility and the hotel needs to pick up its game.Poor quality non caring kitchen staff.

Nice place but doesn't have many amenities except access to a gym and exercise pool nearby which doesnt allow kids under 14 so was useless for us. Room was clean and modern, bed were comfy, soaps are the thankyou. brand so good quality. Drinks are expensive downstairs.

Generally, happy with this hotel. Booked for a wedding nearby. Close to amenities (& club next door was convenient) Just a couple of minor things - 1 of the room keys consistently not working after re- keying, so locked out of the hotel, locked in the lift, locked out of room. Also, got an extra person into a king balcony room - not enough seating for 2, let alone 3! (So, nowhere to sit for room service/coffee. ) No chairs on balcony. Paid for 2 rooms on arrival. 2nd room guests arrived later and card charged again at their check-in! ( hotel corrected the error on their own however) Staff very friendly and obliging. Buffet breakfast fully stocked and catering to GF also. Lovely large bathroom and hot shower.

I’m a top-tier Black Member and booked dinner in advance. I specifically called to confirm that my 50% dining discount would apply, only to drive 30 minutes and be told on arrival that it didn’t. We decided to stay and eat anyway, but it was extremely disappointing. This should have been clearly communicated over the phone. It would have saved me time, inconvenience, and the embarrassment at the venue.
