I went to the Hotel to pick up my wife attending a seminar I was early so decided to eat from the bar. I purchased Fish and chips that comes with a salad and a tater sauce and a bear. The Dish I received was only fish and chips with Tomato sauce. It didn’t gel to me that what I received was not the correct meal When I queried it after I saw the correct meal served to another customer. The waitress and the Manager were very kind and rectified the mistake by serving me with another complimentary Drink and replaced my Meal. Thank you to the staff from the bar and Rydges. Be kind to people and it will be reciprocated Thanks George
Bread and Butter
A bit out of town but close to restaurants and a casino. The hotel brasserie was nice and we had a good time there, reasonable prices for tasty food. The tempranillo we had was a bit old and not so nice. The hotel is pleasant, a business hotel that's possibly a tad too expensive for what it is. One of my pillows smelled of sweat. Also, the beds weren't long enough and my feet hung over the edge.

24/06/2024 Just got a call from Nathan (Manager) who was very apologetic and sounded genuine in his response. Offered to personally look after us the next time we go to Sydney and I am assuming they will fix the issues mentioned below. Thank you Nathan, as I said you restored some hope in me! I am changing my review from 2 star to 4 stars. "Nightmare in room 120" Called the reception and asked her why the room is freezing she said just turn the dial to warm, I said we have done that 5 minutes ago, she said it will take 45 minutes! 3 nights went by and it never warmed up, and my wife and I both got a massive cold 😷. Also they have used a trampoline instead of a mattress, good for families with kids to jump around. Wouldn't stay there again but would recommend it to my mother in-law 😉

Room without the balcony a bit too small but definitely comfy. Decent hotel with handy club downstairs to boot.

Have been staying here frequently for work. The rooms are very clean and the close proximity to multiple restaurants and gym/pool is excellent. I have to say Erinn from the front desk always gives incredible customer service. Always greets you with a smile. Nothing is ever a bother and she always goes above and beyond to ensure we have a pleasant stay.
