This new nightclub in Sydney absolutely blew me away. The music was hands down the best I’ve heard at any venue in Australia — perfectly curated, high energy, and kept the vibe going all night. The sound system and lighting setup were next-level — easily the most impressive I’ve seen at any club in the country. You could feel the bass in your chest. I had one of the best weekends of my life here. If you're into quality music and an immersive atmosphere, this place is a must. Can’t wait to come back.

Honestly mind blown with how incredible it is at Aura! The full L’Acoustics sound system is delivers one of the best sound experiences I’ve ever heard – it’s something you feel deep in your body. Paired with next level lighting and every corner of the venue met beautifully, the atmosphere is pure perfection.

Exactly what Sydney needed. AURA has set a new bar in Sydney for the clubbing scene. Production value is next level and the variety of music provides great spaces to have some boogies. There’s enough seating to chill out and the vibe was overwhelmingly friendly. Can’t wait to see the team take Aura to the new heights!!

I don’t give negative reviews very often and I absolutely despise giving this establishment a negative review since the staff are super helpful and perfect! That being said, I’ve been twice and both times have been a disappointment despite getting laid. The clothes check policy with Aura is beyond absurd, as is the clothing policy. We’re forced to receive 3 different bands with 3 different colors in 3 different numbers in a blindingly dark space in order to operate with our clothes, phones, harnesses, and wallets in 3 different places. I found the shoe/clothing/towel policy confusing even though I don’t do drugs unlike some (most?) attendees. It’s overall just an irritating and exhausting experience. I’m sure many of the restrictions are due to Sydney CBD’s strict laws about everything, but until it’s changed, it’s disappointing that I have to travel to Melbourne for an LGBT experience that bears any sort of semblance of fun or COMPETENCE. Maybe someone should throw a tomato at Clover Moore, idk. But for any nightlife I guess I’m going back to Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, or god forbid even Cairns,
