Wonderful staff. We had a great experience dining in both the Lounge and breakfast in the hotel restaurant. The Lounge had someone playing piano and singing beautifully. The hotel breakfast.....they make awesome espresso coffees and fresh egg dishes by order. They even had a bottle of bubbles to make your own mimosa! All staff are very friendly, warm, hospitable and patient with families who are staying with young kids.

Our stay at Lilianfels Hotel in the Blue Mountains was absolutely amazing! The property is beautiful, and the staff’s outstanding service made it a truly memorable experience. Lahiru at reception went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. He even helped turn on the tennis court lights at night so my daughter could play tennis. Joe at the restaurant was fantastic—she remembered our order by heart! Her beautiful smile and friendly demeanor brightened every meal. Katerina at the spa provided a wonderfully relaxing experience that was tailored to our needs.

I can honestly say that this resort and spa was a truly unforgettable experience. The staff were so attentive and polite, complimenting the elegant decor and tranquil scenery. A special thank you to the staff of the spa for affording my partner and I with the most rejuvinating and comforting massages and facials. We left as supple as butter and relieved of all stress. Definitely worth the price and will certainly be returning to enjoy the facilities again.

Lovely modern period decor. Quiet environment. Indoor and seasonal heated outdoor pool quite nice. Mid up market so dinning in costs accordingly. Good staff and comfortable. Great location for smaller walks.

My wife and I booked at the spa whilst staying here. I had my treatment with Larissa. I have had massages all over the world and the service provided by Larissa was first class. Professional, knowledgeable and the pressure was perfect. I left feeling completely rejuvenated. We will be back.
