Visited for a special occasion to enjoy an afternoon high tea. It didn't disappoint. The welcoming staff member, Jo, was very accommodating and it was really nice she took time to speak with our two year old daughter. We enjoyed a lovely pot of tea (but traditional teaware would have been a nice touch to suit the occasion) and the tiered stand of scones, pastries and sandwich bites was both impressive and filling. It was a very comfortable and stylish lounge and we enjoyed our time there. Thank you.

Had a wonderful and romantic time here with my lady. The grounds are well kept and the interiors are well maintained. It has an old feel to it which takes you back to another era. The game room is like a gentleman’s room with a giant pool table, chess and darts. There’s a pool located just a door over. The breakfast here was massive. It’s buffet style. You can even make your own fresh pressed juice. Next door is the Echos restaurant and not far away is The Darling.

We booked a deluxe suite that came with King bed as per the website and advertisement. We were offered a room that did not come with king bed. We asked the receptionist about this and asked to be provided a room with king bed. First they told us that there wasn’t any room with king bed in the establishment and then they changed their story by saying that there was in fact only one bedroom with king bed but was already given to another customer because we apparently did not request it. She told my wife that she did in fact ring her but my wife did not answer, which was a plain lie. At this stage, the trust level was already dwindling. We told her that there was nowhere on their website that we had to book a room with king bed in advance when we booked a deluxe suite that comes with king bed (this whole thing was a mess and does not make any sense). We were finally offered a room that came with king bed because she apparently swapped our room with that one customer who was offered king bed. In the end, the whole ordeal was so draining and stressful. It left us with a bad after taste. The room was tasteless and dated. The room size was really not worth the price. The view of echo point lookout was great though and that was ironically the only thing we could speak about that.

All the staff at the day spa were absolutely beautiful. Katerina was amazing, helping us decide what type of massage to have and helped us immensely with a last minute booking. Vanessa and Trudy were outstanding and treated us like royalty. Not only are they amazing at what they do but they were gorgeous people. They had us feeling like new, 20 years younger, when we walked out. We can’t praise them enough. Thank you so much!

Pretty sure Lilianfels is now my favourite hotel in Australia. Our room was immaculate; clean, quiet, and so comfy. They even provided a cute soaps/ shampoo kit for our little one. The restaurant’s food and drinks were amazing. Cocktails, although around $30 each, were incredibly tasty. The quality can’t be matched. The location is unmatched; just minutes to every attraction. The only bad part was the indoor pool was closed during our stay. Oh boy did we hear about it from the little one! The stay was quite pricey, but you can see why! Looking forward to staying again in the future.
