Food - 10/10. We ordered steak and a chicken schnitzel, both were cooked perfect. Schnitzel tasted like it was made on site, not frozen cheap cardboard. Mash tasted like it was made fresh too. Staff all friendly and accommodating. Drinks prices are spot on. Very happy, we will be back again.

Corporate chic with flow to ceiling windows for maximum natural light. Pretty but soulless. It'd dress up really nicely with some decorations if you're having a birthday or other function. Lovely local wine selection and the hazelnut meringue was delicious. Accessible for wheelchairs and strollers at the front and loads of free council parking immediately out the back.

Meal was pretty delicious apart from the very poor quality chips that tasted like it was deep fried in two week old oil. Customer service was lovely though I wouldn’t rush back to this pub.

Last night I dined in your restaurant and the food was fantastic. There was a lovely woman in the bar who seemed to be the manager. She was very kind and friendly. After having dinner myself and my male friends moved into the bar area. There was a group of regulars on the table next to us. The older gentlemen of the group were lovely. The female with them was a lovely singer. During the night we all sang along to songs played on the speaker by the lovely bar girl. Just before everyone was told to head off and the pub was closing a young male in a hat on the next table looked at me and said don’t smile at me you need to lose a few kilos. One of the older males at the table shook his head at the younger male. I didn’t mention this to my male husband and friend as a fight would have ensued. It was a really horrible end to a lovely night at your premises. I would suggest having a chat with that particular regular patron about his behaviour because in the future someone may not be so forgiving of those kinds of disgusting comments. I called and spoke to the lovely bar girl tonight and explained what happened to me and she told me she wished I would have told her so they could have done something. She should be acknowledged for her kind and caring nature. Thank you I hope you take me feedback on board.

After having recently held a work function at the Mattara's function rooms I cannot speak highly enough of the service and support provided by the staff. They were helpful and attentive and the event was a success as a result. The cost was reasonable, and the food was delicious and everything was made so easy. I will be using this venue again for similar events and I would recommend it for parties or other group functions.
