Promenade Ballroom at Noah's on the Beach

The impressive Boardroom, located on the sixth floor of NOAH'S overlooking Newcastle Harbour, is ideal for training sessions, executive luncheons, product launches and regular meetings. The Boardroom features a wall mounted LED Smart TV with plug and play connections and accommodates up to 16.

The Harbour View Room, located on the sixth floor with sweeping views of Fort Scratchley and Newcastle Harbour, has a capacity of 40 theatre style, 25 classroom style, 40 for cocktails or 30 at round tables. The Harbour View Room features wireless and cabled broadband Internet access and an electronic projection screen with a ceiling mounted data projector.

The Pacific West Function Room or Private Dining Room makes up the other half of the Pacific Room and seats 40 theatre style, 25 classroom style, 50 for cocktails or 40 at round tables. The Pacific West Room features wireless and cabled broadband Internet access and an electronic projection screen with a ceiling mounted data projector.

The Pacific East Room offers a spacious and versatile setting, perfect for a variety of corporate and social events. With 73 sq. meters of space, it comfortably accommodates up to 20 guests in a boardroom setup, 40 for a banquet, or 50 for a cocktail reception. This space comes with a range of complimentary amenities, including a dedicated function coordinator, iced water and mints, notepads and pens, as well as essential presentation tools such as a projection screen, standard whiteboard, and flip chart stand. Whether you're hosting a meeting or a special gathering, the Pacific East Room provides a professional and well-equipped environment.

Our Promenade Function Room overlooks scenic Newcastle Beach and can seat 70 theatre style, 40 classroom style, 100 for cocktails or 70 at round tables. The Promenade Room features wireless and cabled broadband Internet access and an electronic projection screen with a ceiling mounted data projector.

The Pacific Room features ceiling to floor glass windows that look out over magnificent Newcastle Beach and can seat 150 theatre style, 60 classroom style, 130 for cocktails or 100 at round tables.

The Ballroom is our largest function room, seating 300 theatre style, 130 classroom, 300 cocktail or 200 at round tables. The Ballroom is located on the ground floor of NOAH'S and has a full view of spectacular Newcastle Beach. The Ballroom features wireless and cabled broadband Internet access and three electronic projection screens with ceiling mounted data projectors.

Available upon request. The Grand Ballroom is our largest function room, seating 350 theatre style, 300 classroom, 500 cocktail or 300 at round tables.
