Just Pub grub, and far from brilliant. I think it may be popular due to its location, because the food wasn't exceptional. With the number of other restaurants nearby, you would think the food would be better. I'm no chef, but I'm really confident the Hollandaise sauce with the barramundi was out of a packet. Who wants packet sauce on their meal out. Not me.

Popped in for lunch and a pint! Great views, service was prompt and the food was pretty solid. Honestly not too much to complain about. Food said (via the app) that it was going to take 40 minutes and it took 20 minutes. Beverage was cold. Service nice. Would happily come back again!!!

If you’re in the mood for a meal that’s good but not too good, this is your spot. The restaurant hits that sweet spot of reliable, competent, but just a little bit unremarkable - It won’t change your life, but it’s unlikely to ruin your evening, either. The mise en scène is balanced between "we know what we’re doing" and "we’re not trying too hard.". It’s the kind of place where you're comfortable enough to relax, but not so much that you forget you’re still paying for the privilege. That brings us to the menu... and the pictures. If you’re expecting your meal to look like the glossy, beautifully styled shots on the menu, prepare for a bit of disappointment. It’s not bad, it’s just... different. The colors aren’t as vibrant, and the portion may leave you wondering if the photographer had a really great angle or if they were just better at their job than the chef. As for the food itself - it’s fine. It’s well-prepared, and doesn’t make you question whether the seafood isn't fresh. The garlic bread was sensational. In the end, it's a solid four stars. You’ll leave full, content, and with no real complaints. Just don’t expect the Instagram-worthy feast you were promised.

The true measure of a venue is what they do when something goes wrong and these guys handled it impeccably well. Just a simple issue with a wrong order for lunch. The young girl said no problem, gave us a free drink while we waited and had the correct meal delivered all with smile. Food was fantastic and it is in a great location. Highly recommended and we will be back.
