Room was not to standard that we thought. Pictures were quite deceiving. Bathroom looked much better in pics than what it was, room was small and bathroom roofing breaking also windows in bathroom next to shower film peeling off and almost see through. Multiple drainage problems (maintenance came and fixed after 2 times asking). Room service not completed despite us asking multiple times. Maintenance guy came to fix drain and he was kind enough to supply us with towels and toilet paper. Our phone was not working was actually disconnected. We asked reception about it 2 times and was told someone will come to fix only then to be told after the 3rd time that our rooms phone does not actually connect due to recent renovations. Not important to us but no view at all besides a brick wall (if you care about view) Overall would not come back not a pleasant stay and really unsatisfied

Stayed three nights for a conference. You never expect much from the food at these things but we were all pleasantly surprised. We had two buffet lunches and a sit down dinner and the food was excellent. We were very happy and well fed conference attendees!

I came in for a 3 night stay, busy time, but checkin was easy, room was comfortable. Standout for the staff was Lee, the young bar tender. Polite and professional. We regularly have to come to this area, and if you do too, stop here.

I came back because I enjoyed my previous stay in Nov 2019. The hotel was still as great as I previously remembered and the completion of the light rail project, which had only just started before my previous stay, has been transformational to the whole area. And there is still more to come. Great room, great food, and great staff. And I must not forget that the light rail passes out front.

We got there at 6pm and found that the room was not ready for us. Extra bed not in and not enough towels for 3 guests. Had to ask for this to be fixed which it was. Since check in was listed as after 2pm this should have been ready. We checked out at 6.55 am Monday and asked for 3 coffees at the Cafe only to be told they didn't open till 7am...really!! We had a 9hr drive to Melbourne so instead Hungry Jacks got our business.. poor from such a branded hotel and the rooms weren't exactly cheap.
