I went to the High Tea in 360 restaurant. It was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend it. Delicious sandwiches, cute little cakes including scrumptious Portuguese tarts. Scones with cream and jam, tea of your choice combined with sparkly. Loved it.

Great location to eat Street. Very comfortable beds had a great night sleep. Be warned of any room with windows facing the back lane (move if you get one!!). The rubbish removal at 5am is absolutely, insanely noisy and the workers love screaming at each other and not for a short period of time

We booked a high tea and were served by a beautiful Chilean woman, who couldn't do enough to ensure we had a nice time. The scones were crispy on the outside but soft inside, otherwise all the food was delicious. We will be back.

Stayed there on the 16th for a Pink concert . The loft room was fantastic !!! extremely spacious , the 2 x bathrooms were clean and the room was light filled ( except for the downstairs shower had no light at all and made that experience annoying to have to shower in the dark ) . The air conditioner didnt get adjusted after a phone call to reception and so 3 menopausal women were not happy lol. The breakfast was underwhelming ! There were simply not enough staff on , dishes piling up on tables , people being told they had a 30 min wait , alot of food had run out it was quite disgraceful for a Novotel .

The location is the best part of the hotel, located right next to a tram only road filled with restaurants and things to explore, the view from the room was very nice. The room itself was alright, bed was comfortable and the room was clean however there was little amenities and parking was not free as expected and instead was $35 a day.
