Two night stay good location. Staff not that welcoming and one lady getting our drinks wasn’t that friendly. The head lady was lovely good customer service at dinner. Rooms very tired and bathrooms very small. Location is excellent.

I chose this hotel as I required accommodation for my dog as I was competing in half marathon with RunFest over the weekend and wished to race this race in honour of my dog turning the big 17! Hollie set a new benchmark with customer service and took care of all my concerns along with the whole awesome team and in particular kudos to the chef who cooked up an awesome healthy and delicious breakfast! Not to mention the choice of room that was assigned to us being on ground level and the bed and bowls supplied by the hotel to accomodate my dog! The queen size bed was super comfy and the choice of linen was superb! Definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends and will be back next year for another spectacular experience! There is even a 5 star bar and restaurant attached to the hotel which made it extremely convenient to dine before the race and walk through to the hotel straight to our room! Thanks for a superstar experience!

We had to spend a week in port Macquarie for family reasons and the mecure was an excellent choice. Close to town, comfortable rooms and very helpful staff. We ate at the restaurant on a couple of nights and the food and service was excellent. One area for improvement would be to buy some new towels as the current ones were thread bare.

Staff very friendly. The shower had a minor blockage, I told staff about it. They offered to switch my rooms, but I declined. I received a drink and breakfast voucher. The breakfast was so delicious that I Will prob upgrade and buy breakfast in the future. Beds were comfy. Rooms were very clean. I never have a drama staying in Port Macquarie. Parking was easy. I love the location of the Centro - it is smack bang in the middle of town - very easy to pop into IGA, just shopping in general.

Great location, walk to everywhere in town. Cute bar and fine dining downstairs. Staff that we saw were wonderful. Great value overall.
