We went to the Knife Show, it was good, loads of great quality knives and products, it was very busy, they had clean bathrooms, plenty of food stands and seating. It was nice to also see the race horses although I don't support racing the horses were lovely to see.

Attended the IFAM convention 2023 here. Huge theatres and a big hall to display different stalls. A very organised building and well set theatres. Gardens around the theatre are well maintained with a splash of colours in the form of flowers. Plenty of parking around the venue with the availability of more than 10 disabled parking as well.

Went to The Grand Pavillion at Rosehill Gardens Racecourse for my son's MBA graduation. Large venue for Graduates and guests and the after venue that was prepared for photos and food was spacious, and lead out into a large outside patio and more open space. Food presented was delicious and even though there was a lot of people at this event, it all worked out well.

Had a fab day Dress Code Hues of yellow to celebrate Spring on the Sydney Race Calendar. Spent the day with Neil Paine hosting us in the racing world for the weekend. Enjoyed 2 bottles of Veuve Cliquot. Plenty of food selections to choose from. Had a crab meat Sandwich for afternoon tea. Also a cheese platter. Shared Champagne & food with other punters. Backed a few winners. Lost a few Places to win & a trifecta. Great Day out. Pays to be a Member as we would have saved $30 on the champagne bottles. All the Staff are lovely & helpful.
