A really wonderful day, seeing incredible creatures like we'd never seen them before. Amazing shows, lead by charismatic professionals, who held the attention of our young children for the duration of every show, (which is rare!) The park wasn't overcrowded, even on a holiday weekend, and it was just a lovely place to be. On top of that, the fact that tourism is purely there to support the conservation, research and care, not just of these incredible species, but for vital medical care, via the anti-venom program, is astonishing. I'm so happy we made the drive and we will continue to support you in future. Thanks for a wonderful day xx

Great experience and value for money. Staff were very friendly and entertaining. It's a shame that there isn't more government support for places like this supporting conservation efforts. Highly recommend dropping in for a day trip from Sydney or an overnighter on the Central Coast!

We never knew that such a lovely park existed right outside our home on north shore, the entry fees does seemed a bit high but once we were inside it was well worth it. Very friendly staff, great collection of reptiles, the only place which was a bit of letdown was the spider collection, you can clearly see that it has fallen into a bit of disrepair. When you are here do drive 5 mins to also view sommerville falls. Parking is quite adequate and the park is really great experience for kids and adults alike, go visit ! Also the only place I got to finally see. platypus

Me and my family had a great time at the park. The shows were very informative and not boring. The ticket and gift shop items were a bit more expensive compared to those from other zoos, but seeing all the conservation work this place does, it was unquestionably worth it. Will definitely be coming back.

I highly recommend a trip here. There were quite a good bit of people when we visited, but the park is spacious and well designed. Even with my people anxiety, I never felt overcrowded or boxed in. We had such a fun time and enjoyed the many facets of the park. While there are a plethora of reptiles here, I was pleasantly surprised to see koalas and other animals as well. There is even a concession stand with food options, and even though we didn't eat from there, plenty of people were enjoying the options. The park also has a nice gift shop with reasonably priced items for purchase, and there are plenty of options. I opted for a hat and some shirts. I'm from the U.S., but in the month I spent in Australia, this is one of my favorite places we visited, and we went all over from Sydney to the Great Barrier Reef. Visit here. You won't regret it.
