First time booking a room with my partner and I, Priskila Lueth made the whole experience magical and so easy, barely lifted a finger. It was incredible customer service from her and when I complimented her for her outstanding work, she was so humble and modest. 100/10 hire. Great job guys! Awesome 24/7 service. Room was nice and clean, I didn’t have any reaction to dust (which I’m very sensitive to in unclean hotels and Airbnb’s). And on my last day the lovely Eduardo at the service desk helped me check out easily and offered me some coffee while I waited for my Uber in the sitting area. Will definitely be going back when I come back to Melbourne.

Stayed here for 11 nights. Rooms was sparkling clean and equipped with all the necessities (washer & dryer, oven, microwave & dishwasher). Staff was friednly and helpful and hotel location was convinient. 5 mins from Susnhine station and easy access with SkyBus as well.

Room was short of utensils and a fork. Otherwise facilities were good. Car parking is extra which in our case amounted to a 25% premium on the daily rate. On road parking is available but of course that is not secure. Location is about 600 metres from Sunshine Station and a Sky-bus service to the airport is to commence shortly. So an option for your preflight stay.

This service apartment is very new. The room is spacious with all necessary home equipments provided such as kitchenware, washing machine and tableware. Air-conditioning is adjustable. Hotel staff (both reception and housekeeping) are very nice and polite. Will definitely return to Punthill Sunshine (or any other Punthill Hotel) next time!
