we usually stay here 1-2 times a year for events due to its convenience. last stay we had no hot water for the majority of our short stay, i contacted them about some sort of compensation as it wasnt exactly a cheap visit, have been waiting around a month and a half and still havent heard anything. parking is becoming ridiculously expensive, will be picking somewhere less convenient and avoiding novotel from now on do not recommend

Service was fantastic. Never had a bad experience at a Novotel. Literally the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. Where are your mattresses from!?? Was lucky enough to stay for two nights for a work trip. Want to bring my partner back for another stay.

Stayed at the Novotel for one night for the NRL Grand Final. The room was pretty pricey for just one night, but honestly the location made it worth it! We had an issue with no hot water in our room, but the staff were super helpful and sorted it out quickly. They even gave us free parking and breakfast to make up for it, which was really nice. Overall, great location and really good service!

Location would be handy if you are going to one of the stadiums, I was there for a conference. The lifts were very slow, having 2 for the hotel guests including parking was always a wait. Food was fine, rooms were small and the bathrooms quite tired. Bin in the room wasnt emptied through the stay. Water pressure was a dribble at best. The room was very hot and even set to 18'c the room would have been in the mid 20's all the time Was offered none of the normal Accor Platinum benefits other than a thankyou at the end of check-in I hope I dont ever need to stay there again, I would drive home instead.

Accommodation for a conference in the Olympic Park district, well located near restaurants, coffee shops and an enjoyable walk to the conference venue. Perfect room and facilities for work and rest. Excellent service from the cleaning team. Boulevard Restaurant was great too, very convenient when flying in late. Thanks for a great stay!
