Great location within easy walking distance to many locations in the Parramatta area. Friendly staff, very nice restaurant. Nice comfortable rooms although the bathroom a little tired in appearance. Paid parking as a guest. Would stay again.

Fabulous service and very clean. We stayed with a group of over 80 people from sapphire coast netball association. We can not speak highly enough about this place. They’re opened the breakfast area early to accommodate our early starts, everyone was super friendly and the service from ALL the staff was second to none. The accomodation is close to shopping and the train and bus station, it is quiet and the heated pool was an added bonus even in winter. Only comment would be that it needs a laundry. Thank you Holiday Inn Parramatta, we will be returning!!!

I recently attended a workshop at the Parramatta Holiday Inn with over 20 people, and the experience was fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our six-hour session. Additionally, the food was delicious and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this venue for events and meetings!

Nice clean hotel. Comfy bed. Nice shower. Kitchenette was great, with the mall just a couple blocks away you can get groceries and not have to eat out. Would stay again.
