This is the best hotel around. Not only is the location & view perfect, the hotel, bar & restaurants has a unique vibe. The newly renovated rooms are just lovely and the food is amazing. Been visiting this hotel for some years now and the staff in all outlets have always been polite, professional and service orientated. Jacky from conference services went above and beyond to make my stay a good one and Nicole on the front desk goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. They are both professionals and an asset to the hotel. I always look forward to my next stay.

Impeccable room and amazing front desk service. We stayed here (and were upgraded to their suite though without a view) on our road trip from Vic-NSW-Queensland and this hotel is top tier. Renovations are beautiful and high end. Location is also a great plus. Couldn’t recommend it more.

My room is beautiful, the staff are friendly. However!!! Beware, if you are booking this hotel and you are placed on level 1 as I have been. I am 2 doors next to the function room where there has been a wedding reception. I feel as though I am next to a night club. It’s now 10:30pm and there are loud obnoxious drunks walking around. Had I known I would be next to this function I would have booked elsewhere… a 3 hour trip to get here for a relaxing night away has turned awful and I’m ready to pack up and head home!

Okay so I used to think of Rydges as one of those 'not great but the value is pretty good so it'll do' kinds of brands, but Rydges Port Macquarie has completely changed my perception! The rooms are modern and spacious, the location is great, and the staff are all so lovely. (pictures taken as I was checking out, the room was perfectly made up when I arrived) Now that the renovations are complete, I feel like I'm at a fancy five star hotel whenever I'm here. You can really tell how much thought went into every little detail, from the colours and decor in the rooms, to the all-in-one wall sockets that allow for easy charging of multiple devices, to the complimentary nespresso coffee pods. Smart TV is equipped with screen casting capability, as well as several streaming services you can log into. Wifi is fast and easy to connect to. They have a gym, heated pool, and a day spa for all your wellbeing needs, as well as an on-site restaurant and room service. Reception is open 24/7 which is great for people like me who can't sleep and need paper at 4am 😆 Highly recommend staying here if you're in Port Macquarie!

Amazing view, you can see the ocean and break wall. Food was great and very kind staff. Clean rooms that look great. Buffet was stacked to the brim with food and if you wanted something else the chefs would make it!
