Terrible Experience We were in the middle of a game at this bowling alley when, suddenly, the reception informed us that our session would be cut short, claiming we had taken too long to play. This is ridiculous, as we’ve visited multiple times before and never encountered such a time limit. They alleged it was due to the high number of patrons today and the need to adhere to schedules between games. What’s absolutely shameful is that upon arrival, we waited 10 minutes because the ball return system wasn’t functioning properly. Additionally, the staff at the reception was extremely unpleasant. This will be our last visit here, and we absolutely do not recommend this place. There are surely better bowling alleys in Sydney.

DON’T EAT HERE! I was taking a couple of teenagers to a concert at the Hordern, and they picked this place to eat first. BIG MISTAKE! Our drinks came pretty quickly, but after waiting 30 minutes for food I asked the server why others who arrived later were served before us. He then claims that NACHOS take a long time to prepare, but that they should come soon . Still nothing comes. I speak to a guy at the desk. Food finally arrived 52 minutes after being ordered.

I’m not sure if it’s even worth writing this as we had the same experience as many others regarding the poor service, lighting and maintenance problems as others and from your response’s, apologising is as far as you go, anyway, no bar service (apologised for forgetting our drinks twice!) having to wait for the bowling balls to return and the continual pin reset breakdown plus the staff being upset when we asked for help! (Maybe spend some money on maintenance) we all enjoy bowling but we will not be returning to (maybe have a better experience!) I hope this helps others.

We rented a lane for two games but only played for 20 minutes because the lane got stuck. After waiting 40 minutes for someone to fix it, we finally decided to leave because no one helped or did anything to solve the problem. We constantly had to go up to the staff and ask for updates, but they didn’t seem to care. Terrible service.

Great place and helpful staff members. Lots of fun either for casual visit or kids birthday party. Bowling, karaoke, laser tag are perfect for a kids day out. Party rooms are nice. Food is good.
