Hotel is pretty good, so why the two stars? My room wasn’t very clean. While bed was clean. The sheets covering the duvet were too small, not able to fully cover it. Considering I’m not sure they wash the duvet between every guest, it wasn’t the best of sleeps. Couch had stains on it, and didn’t look particularly inviting so I skipped sitting down. The glasses and cutlery in the kitchenette were clearly dirty. Not cleaned. The cupboards in the bathroom and kitchen were quite dirty. And high touch areas weren’t very clean Before I would stay here again, this hotel really needs to up their quality of cleaning. While it wasn’t a huge deal for me, someone staying here multiple nights in a row will really have an issue

Very convenient location for Sydney airports. Japanese restaurant on location and other restaurants and take aways nearby. Comfortable and flexible-sleeping rooms. The staff were all helpful; I recently stayed there and left a power adapter in the room. The cleaning staff had reported it found, and front of house staff got it back to me.

I spent $2500 dollars around to stay at this hotel for 10 nights for some reason. The rates varied everyday greatly, the first 4 nights it’s just the highest price i think they have rip me off. And then when i checked out, they wouldn’t comprising to refund me $10 back . Even after I joined membership or sort. And cleaning service doesn’t meet the hotel standards. Sooooooo confusing.

We did our transit stay on route to Chille, the hotel is nicely located with lots of accessibility to nearby amenities within minutes of walking. The rooms are spacious and clean, i would like to express my appreciation to the hotel Staff Sandy. She is extremely helpful, informative and friendly. She made our stay delightful and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Adina apartments, Mascot. Our stay was very smooth and comfortable because of their great service. Hotel front office staff was excellent. Very helpful and professional. Spacious apartment with balcony and fully equipped kitchen. Shoutout to housekeeping staff for their great service on keeping the apartment very clean and tidy. Thank you and we will visit there again.
