Reviews for Sea Life Sydney Aquarium

SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium is an amazing experience and a must-visit in the city! The variety of marine life is incredible – from playful penguins and graceful rays to the impressive sharks swimming right above you in the tunnel. The exhibits are beautifully set up, and you really feel like you’re exploring the underwater world. It’s a fantastic spot for families, couples, or even solo visits. The penguin boat ride is a unique highlight, and the jellyfish displays are absolutely stunning. Everything is well maintained, and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend adding this to your Sydney itinerary – it’s both fun and educational!

A nice experience into the water world. You can easily spend about 2 hours in there looking the various varieties of water animals. In one section, you get to touch starfish with your bare hands. A good fun outing for kinds and adults both in the heart of the city.

Sea life Sydney aquarium. A must visit while you’re in Sydney. Conveniently located within Darling Harbour offering a true sea experience with guaranteed something cool for anybody. From small exhibits to everyone’s favourite the big sharks. In-depth information on each exhibit really giving you a proper understanding of what you are viewing. Fairly priced. Tickets are to be purchased at electronic vending outside of the aquarium. Multiple local multi story car parks with a small walk to aquarium itself in Darling Harbour . A bit of walking and stairs involved . Staff are friendly and helpful . Small on-site cafe/convenience store for nibbles lunch or a drink. Can get busy during peak time such as school holidays and weekends so pick your times wisely. However, ticketing system works in increments of people to prevent overcrowding. Great value great experience . Would recommend .

The aquarium is a great place to visit with your kids. It's home to a diverse range of animals, and the penguin exhibit is definitely the highlight. Be sure to check the schedule in advance so you can catch the penguin tour. Unfortunately, we missed it when we arrived, but it's still a wonderful place to explore with kids, families, or friends. I really enjoyed it.

It was such a beautiful walk around Sea Life. It's a lot bigger than you think from the outside. The underwater experience is spectacular. We spent hours in there. I would avoid school holidays though, we went during the week non-school hols and it was still busy. But no queues. Get the deal for Madame Tussauds too. Very affordable!
