I had a great stay at the Sydney Boulevard Hotel. The rooms are a little dated, but they’re very clean and comfortable, which made for a relaxing stay. The location is excellent — just a short walk to Circular Quay, The Rocks, and the Botanic Gardens, with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and even a Woolworths right nearby. What really stood out was the service. Gus at the front desk checked me in and was fantastic. I had just come off several flights and was exhausted, and he kindly arranged an early check-in so I could rest straight away. He was genuinely friendly, took an interest in my trip, and even gave me some great recommendations for things to do around Sydney. That extra care really made me feel welcome. Overall, the team left a very positive impression, and I’d happily stay here again.

Spent vacation in Sydney at this hotel from 12-17 September. Upon our arrival at the reception team, front desk team allowed us to check-in early and managed to offer us a room with a good view of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Upon having concerns on way finding to points of interest, front desk team explained well and offered a hard copy map and penned down simple information which we managed to retain a copy for our use. Location relatively near to the city centre. Bathroom tub drainage flow was a bit slow. Nonetheless, overall stay was extremely satisfactory.

This three-day, two-night trip to Sydney was truly a fantastic experience! The hotel stay was a delightful one, thanks to the wonderful front desk staff. Chaity was truly a fantastic front desk professional, very friendly, professional, and quick to assist with our check-in, room service, and upgrade. Her beautiful, sweet smile and professional service left a lasting impression on us, and we'll definitely consider this hotel our next time we check into Sydney.

I arrived at the hotel around 9.30am wanting to leave my luggages at the lobby so we can then head out for a bit of exploring and lunch. The staff was very friendly and offered us the check in right away. It makes a huge difference to our day as we got young kids etc which means now they get to take some rest after a very early flight. Also they upgraded our room without us even asking. We went back to the hotel room that night and notice they have also put in an additional bed for us. Again, we didn't even ask for that. The bed was very comfy too. Thank you for the great experience!

Our family stayed in July 2025 for our 27th anniversary, occupying 2 deluxe rooms. From our arrival to departure the front office staff were very friendly and welcoming. The assistant manager Lucas was very helpful and sorted out any queries we had and made our anniversary special. He makes you feel like a guest in his own house. The Chef also took pride in his work, telling me how he chooses the fresh fruit. The gym has modern equipment plus a great view. The deluxe rooms were very spacious and amazing views of Sydney harbour. The bathroom was clean, spacious and had a spa bath with shower, while the other room had 2 showers. You will find it very hard to get a more spacious room. Since reopening, the Accor group have really improved the look and hospitality of the hotel. We look forward to returning soon.
