My partner and I stayed three nights in an upper level deluxe room with harbour view. We especially enjoyed the view looking over the parkland areas with the Harbour Bridge and Opera House in the background. We also especially appreciated having two comfortable lounge chairs that could easily be turned to face either the view or, at night, back towards the room. We also enjoyed the included breakfasts, especially the choice of some vegetarian Indian and Chinese cuisine options, which added to the interest of these breakfasts. Being able to park our car in the basement area for a reasonable additional fee was also good in this location quite close to central Sydney.

We stayed here the night before my husband had to go to the Skin Hospital. Really close, easy parking, very reasonable prices. Close to restaurants and a bar across the road. Pity the bar upstairs was closed for Sunday. Breakfast was a good variety at a great price.

Excellent customer service. Good location. Very clean. Accommodates all of your short stay needs. Spacious rooms. Free Wi-fi. Complimentary toiletries. Very comfortable bed and bedding .Late check-out at 11 am

You charge your guests $25 per night to park at your property and this is the access to the elevators from the car park. Not friendly for people bringing luggage, young children or persons requiring disability access. Rooms are old and outdated. Carpets, walls and ceilings are dirty or stained. Bathrooms are mouldy and don't function correctly including the bath tap which wouldn't fill. No smart TV in any of the hotel rooms. The bed is two smaller beds pushed together with a noticeable uncomfortable gap. This is my third different room in the same hotel already. This hotel is not up to standard.

I had such a wonderful stay thanks to Mayen the receptionist! She was incredibly warm, welcoming, and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. Her hospitality honestly made my trip so much better. Thank you again, May.. you’re a gem! ❤️
