We have been coming here for decades through all the different phases of the hotel and the food is probably at the best it has been. The menu is varied with different styles of food. We tried the dumplings which were fabulous and full of flavour. The potato scallops which took me back to my youth in a good way. The lamb skewers, steak and Caesar salad for mains, all were good. Don’t forget to try one of their cocktails as they are yummy. We will definitely be back to try some more of the menu as everything we tried was so good.

Interior is very inviting and so are the staff members. Really enjoyed the hospitality. I was here for a group lunch and all of us had really good time. Drinks are reasonably priced. Food is a little pricy but matched its taste and quality. Venue is a stone's throw away from the railway station which it perfect for after event commute.

Held our annual Halloween event here last Saturday, and we have to say the experience was incredible. The staff were great, the venue was easy to use, Taylor the events manager went out of her way to accommodate all our requests and our guests had a great time. Could not haver asked more from them. Would highly recommend.

Really good new local pub. Great selection of beers. Good solid food although the mash was cold but could live with it... Good wings. Love a Reschs and VB on tap!

Came for the Christmas roast dinner, pretty good with a generous serving of meat. Would have been 5 star but no Yorkshire pudding with a roast dinner is a real let down honestly. Besides that, good grub.
