The customer service is next level. They couldn't be more friendly or helpful. The apartment is perfect, clean and well set up, the beds are really comfortable. The views are incredible. We have stayed at a lot of spots around Sydney but will only stay here from now on. It is in a class of its own in terms of location, views, rooms and especially the people.

Very close to Circular Quay. It means easy to go by train, ferry or just walking to every places you want to go. Also very close to Royal Botanical Garden, Opera House , Harbour Bridge and The Rocks. I will stay at this hotel for my next visit.

My family of four had a wonderful stay in the two bedroom deluxe apartment with a fabulous view of the bridge. I am so happy we chose this hotel as our stay in Sydney. We also had an amazing experience in their bar one evening. It was a beautiful night and they opened the sliding windows. The views and ambiance were top notch! Highly recommend!

First time staying at the hotel and it was so, so nice. Great location to walk to nice bars and places to eat. Enjoyed a drink at the hotel bar, such a nice spot. Definitely coming back.

We were lucky enough to win a stay at your magnificent hotel. We normally could only afford to stay for a special occasion. We were able to upgrade to this room with a view of the harbour bridge, circular quay and the international terminal. What a treat! We just sat on the balcony looking at the harbour activities for ages. While we waited for the room to be ready, we had lunch at your excellent restaurant - always a treat there. As Accor members, the cost is reduced. Love it!
