We only spent one night here unfortunately but it was a fabulous choice. We were met with friendly staff after our 19 hour flight who helped us accommodate an early check in. They gave us a wonderful overview of the area and what to do during our time here. The room was AMAZING. Much more than I anticipated with a stunning view of the bridge and harbor. Walking distance to tons of great places. We enjoyed our time here a lot!

Loved everything about this hotel. The staff, the location, the view. We travelled as a family of three, sharing a 1 bedroom deluxe ocean view apartment. It had everything we needed and felt luxurious, the apartment is extremely well laid out. We are already planning our next visit to the Pullman Quay Grand.

Fabulous location, couldn't be better! Our room, 2 bedroom, was a decent size with microwave, toaster, pod coffee machine, dishwasher. Nice pool with a good view but spa out of action the entire stay. The let down here was the service. I'm sure at times I was invisible. A man completely pushed in front of me in line when i wanted valet to retrieve my car, I called him out and the staff member just started at me frozen. Id been waiting a few minutes and she'd completely ignored my presenence but as soon as the man arrived he got immediate attention. Very strange. Check in wasn't great, was also invisible then, couldnt get any assistance. Same in the bar, service was poor. Can't possibly give this place 5 stars when the service is at best 2 stars. For the price i think they need to put some effort into providing half decent service my expectations aren't crazy high, just acknowledge the people physically in front of you.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying 2 nights in a harbour view room to celebrate my birthday. Apart from the exceptional location and views the Pullman went above and beyond to make my birthday special. Lovely welcome towel sculpture and birthday sign on arrival and returned from our outing the next day on my actual birthday to a personal hand written birthday card and dessert plate! The waiters in the restaurant were lovely and the breakfast delicious. Overall a wonderful stay and perfect hotel to celebrate a special occasion. Thank you Pullman!

Location was excellent, very short walk to major transport such as taxi ranks, ferries, light rail and major train stations. Walking distance to the Opera House, Sydney Museum, food court. Rooms were spacious and kid friendly. Room service was quick and delicious with a wide variety of selections to choose from. Staff were extremely helpful and was more than willing to help out when we needed taxis or were struggling with the kids.
