Unfortunately, not all hotels in this location are good (see my other review), but I felt very comfortable here. My room had a modern bathroom, decent amount of space, well maintained, very good cleaning every day, and overall just a positive environment with people, bar and cafe. No wonder the airlines book their stewards/stewardesses in here. I can only recommend the hotel and if you forget something, like I did, you get it back, even if the hotel reception has to wait three weeks for you to get back to the hotel. Thank you very much!

The staff was truly amazing and accommodating during our stay. Their warmth and assistance added immensely to our positive experience. Commendations to the team for their outstanding service! Our stay in the deluxe room with two double beds was delightful. The spacious layout added to the overall enjoyment for me and my kids. Highly recommended!

Great location with easy access to shopping and transport right outside. The customer service was decent, check in was fast and staff were nice. Only complaint is the room itself. The room was pretty disgusting with hair strands on fresh towels that weren’t used yet as well as the bedsheets. The pillows had hair that weren’t our length or colour. After finding those strands, decided to inspect the bedsheets and found more hair. The coffee drawers where the mugs and spoons were was dusty and had specs of dirt/coffee powder in their compartments. The kettle seemed as if it was not used in months and had layers of dust on top.

I stayed at the Rydges World Square location for three weeks on business. The location was selected due to proximity to chrmists, grocery stores, and habing a diverse selection of both takeaway and sit-in restaurants. I could not be happier with the experience. The room was clean and well appointed, but I do wish for longer stays. The room has a small table set for eating. That said, the room was spacious and very comfortable. I had no problem working in the room on weekends when I did not want to go into the office. Another key element for me was that the hotel was a 5-minute walk to a main train line, which provided quick travel both to and from the airport. The best part was the service, whether cleaning or room service. Because I was there for 3 weeks, they learned my name, and it made it a personal experience always greeted with smiles.

We stayed here for 1 night. We have stayed in many hotels throughout the CBD. This hotel was great and we will definitely be back. The location is great! Walking distance to so many things. Lots of food options. The room was clean and not dated. The bar was really good and breakfast was lovely too. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing bad to say about this hotel at all and I am particular about location and cleanliness. We loved it and like I said, we will absolutely come back.
