Otherwise wonderful hotel with modernly renovated and spacious rooms. However a lack of noise insulation between rooms caused me to wake several times in the night. Colleagues reported being able to hear snoring from adjacent rooms. A peaceful sleep should be the primary aim of a hotel and it was disappointing in this regard.

Beautiful hotel with very central location close to all facilities. Hotel room is clean and modern, and staff are friendly and helpful. Has lap pool, steam and sauna, and several restaurants inside the building. Buffet breakfast is also lovely. Will definitely stay here again. Great value for the price and it’s very reasonable.

I agree with the other reviewers, this is a very special hotel. From style to staff, everything about my stay was enjoyable. My request to have alcohol removed from my room was accommodated, and complimentary sparkling water brought daily. The bed was a dream, the view from the spacious corner room was a delight (some might find the street noise a bit much, but I loved being in the heart of the city). My only disappointment, the air conditioning sets to a minimum of 19°C and I am confident it never once approached being that cool in the room during sunny days; I wouldn't appreciate spending long in that room in an Aussie summer.

We stayed here for 4 nights. Beds were very cleaned and comfortable. They filled up the free drinks in the mini refrigerator everyday but no snacks. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Great location to walk around town. Definitely will stay there again.

The hotel is located in Sydney's heart, it is near to the train station and has grocery shops around it. Walking by you can get into Chinatown and branded stores . The Grace Sydney, has a classic and clean atmosphere, where the service is friendly and the rooms are updated, clean and well maintained. The room mini bar had complimentary drinks. The price according to the area of the place is reasonable.
