Worst customer service I've experienced. There were mistakes made by the working bartenders- which I don't mind, things happen. But when i approached the bar to let them know they hadn't given us drinks that we paid for- i was met with attitude. They then gave those drinks to the wrong table. After i approached a second time to let them know this, the young woman (possibly the manager/supervisor) gave me more attitude and told me IF the people hadnt touched the drink they will bring that one to us. I told her i dont want a drink thats been sitting on someone else's table (for over 5mins) she was rude told me if they didnt touch it she will make me another don't stress (passive aggressively). I have worked many years in hospitality so I understand things happen, and have a lot of patience. But being met with attitude, muttering under breathe and dirty looks, honestly disgusting behaviour from the 2 ladies at the bar. Other than this location is great and we still had a great night. We came last night 13/02 from 19:15 to 22:00

First class venue, with multiple choices of bars. Food always fresh, hot and served swiftly. Bar star, even though they are run off their feet, are always polite and serve you with a smile. I love the innovative use of the spaces. please bring back the 'Pub Choir' nights.

Great venue for live music. Beautiful sandstone venue surrounded by skyscrapers, really dramatic. We're there for a gig, which was great, can attest for normal operations, but would be impressive all the same I suspect.

Fantastic place to host a function for 60-80 people. Extremely helpful and attentive personnel, very clean and nice atmosphere. The room has a great design and dedicated tap bar. We had a massive screen provided accompanied with a sound system, pizzas and beers were sensational, guests were over the top with positive emotions and I will be definitely looking forward to host another function in this beautiful hotel.
