I had the most amazing birthday stay at this hotel all thanks to my fiance who booked it! The room was incredibly cozy and made me feel right at home. The decorations he requested were absolutely stunning and added such a personal touch it made my birthday feel so special and memorable. The view from the room was breathtaking like a perfect backdrop. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from especially vegetarian (I’m one), and the staff was super friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

We checked in on Saturday and were greeted by lovely Dana, who even upgraded our room with a beautiful view. Dana also went above and beyond to find a room for our son and grandson who accidentally booked a wrong night in another hotel. Due to a concert that night in the area all accommodation was fully booked everywhere and no spare room could be found. Dana was amazing and willing to try her hardest to find room or swap rooms for a bigger with a sofa. Unfortunately nothing was available so Dana managed to find a role out bed and it was brought in to our room at no charge . Everyone worked so hard to assist us for which we're very grateful. Thanks to Dana and the team we spent a lovely weekend with our son and grandson. Room was lovely and large with an amazing view, buffet breakfast was great and staff especially Amanda was very friendly and helpful . Overall, it was a lovely enjoyable stay and can't fault one thing. We'd definitely come back. Thank you Dana, Amanda and everyone else for making our stay enjoyable and relaxing.

Absolutely beautiful! Staff were lovely and super helpful. Had a short stay here with my young daughter. Booked a king room with a pull out, and we got upgraded to two queen beds. My daughter said it was very fancy and loved everything, especially the massive indoor pool. Had 3 swims in the 1 night we stayed. She wants to come back again as she feels like she has treated a princess living in a huge fancy house. Breakfast was great, and as it was a weekday, we got to pick off the menu instead of the buffet breakfast. There is so much to do there we didn't get to experience all the things they had to offer. We will be back at Christmas, hopefully for the light display at the Hunter Gardens, and will make sure we stay a few more nights I'd like to thank the staff for making my daughter feel special, and she said you are the nicest people she has ever met.

Whilst i only scored them an overall of 3 stars I belive if we were able to stay longer then we may have been able to take full advantage of the facilities. the rooms well nicely decorated however they were far from being a wow factor. I expected more from a hotel that is rated 4 or five stars. The staff were polite and friendly. The hotel itself was clean and the grounds well maintained. I would definitely consider staying there again.

Stayed at room 8 in the main building for a birthday surprise. Mini fridge in the room was totally useless, did not function as a fridge at all for the entire stay with the temperature warmer than the air conditioned room. Champagne, and a very expensive Sabor cake all had to be moved to another large fridge somewhere else on the grounds via the staff. It was really uncomfortable that I had to ask staff each time we wanted to use something from the store fridge. Very dissapointing for a **** hotel. I plan to stay there again in April 2025 but will never again take room 8 or accept a room with non working appliances. Staff however have been wonderful and common areas beautifully decorated for Christmas. Clean pool with the perfect temperature in the extreme heat. Kirkton Park is fantastic (if you get a good room).
