The hotel exceeded all expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. My room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable with modern amenities. The location was perfect, close to major attractions yet quiet at night. Breakfast was fresh, varied, and delicious every morning. Overall, a flawless stay that made me feel truly valued as a guest. Highly recommended!

I recently spent two nights in a Signature Superior King room. The room's layout was excellent, and I appreciated the cleanliness and the complimentary mini-bar! However, the housekeeping service was a letdown. The basics weren't covered—used soap and shower caps weren't replaced, and a cracked toilet seat was ignored. The early morning noise from housekeeping was disruptive, with doors being banged repeatedly. The swimming pool is small and uninviting due to the cold temperature. If a good pool experience is important to you, this isn't the right hotel. Breakfast was a basic buffet, often served cold with limited replenishment, making it feel like you're getting the leftovers. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and quick to clear tables. Location is perfect!

The Grace hotel exceeded all expectations. The staff were friendly, attentive, and service was amazing. My room was super fresh, modern,, spacious, and very comfortable with modern amenities. The location was perfect, close to major attractions yet quiet at night. Breakfast was fresh, varied, and so yummy 😋

Beautiful piece of heritage, with a luxurious feel with the marble stairs and old timely fittings. Room was large and well cleaned. The only knock is the adjoining establishments that are part of the building..just takes away the shine from a historic venue. The drunks pouring out of the sports/Irish bar make for good entertainment, although not the vibe you would be expecting from such a hotel.

Very nice hotel! Beautiful and spacious rooms! Clean and tidy hallways and rooms! Great view depending on the room booked! Hotel staff and front office are beautiful and very hospitable! Will be going back here again!
