Lucas, Ashleigh, Mary Rose, and Cass were all lovely and very pleasant during my stay. They made my time visiting Australia very personable and enjoyable. They accommodated and helped in any way they could. The food is very tasty, drinks are well prepared, and the rooms are comfy and clean. The location is absolutely beautiful, with many trees and outdoor lounge areas. 10/10 experience, I'll definitely be staying here during my next travels to Australia.

Overall, my stay was pleasant, but there were a few areas that I felt could use some improvement. Firstly, I had some concerns regarding the room cleanliness - it could certainly be better. I believe that with a bit more attention to detail, the rooms could meet higher standards. Additionally, the pool cleanliness was another area that needs improvement. A clean and well-maintained pool is essential for a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and I hope this can be addressed promptly. On a positive note, I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast at the Gazebo Restaurant. The variety and quality of the food were impressive, and it was a great way to start the day. However, I found that the dinner menu could use some enhancements to cater to a more diverse group of people. Offering a wider range of options would surely enhance the dining experience for all guests. I also want to highlight the positive experience I had with the front desk staff. As I was staying in a suite, they called me beforehand to check if I needed the sofa bed made, which was a thoughtful gesture and much appreciated. Thank you for your attention to these matters. I look forward to seeing improvements in these areas and hope to have an even better experience during my next visit.

Visited Sydney for work and had the pleasure of staying here. Late check-in, assisted by the very professional Fuba who explained everything in detail. Very quiet room with comfortable bed. Well equipped gym. Nice jacuzzi. Wanted to try the sauna but didn't heat up in time (area closes at 10pm). Good buffet breakfast options. Highly recommended hotel if you're travelling through the area or want to avoid Sydney's hustle and bustle.

Had a lovely buffet breakfast at the Gazebo Restaurant here. There was so much choice for food and also a lovely atmosphere. Also, the reception staff are amazing. They go out of their way to assist you. It is so rare to come across great customer service these days.

We stayed at Crowne Plaza Windsor on a Saturday night for some R & R. It was a gift from a friend, the voucher included a mini massage at Villa Thalgo, overnight stay , and breakfast. we also had lunch at the Barracks bar. Highlight, massage and the adult pool Low light, the barracks bar (both service and food) I'll break it down into 3 parts Villa thalgo - They had to move to a different location due to the floods in recent years. This aside, the premises is neat and clean, their services was 5 stars, the massage therapists were professional, knew that they were doing. I'd happily go back there just for the massages. Barracks bar - 1 star service, with an underwhelming 2 stars for food. we waited 75 minutes for 2 small starters. Asked twice at the bar, was told, 'sorry, kitchen has a lot of tickets' by a young lad who looked stressed. Looking around, besides us, there was only one big table with about 20 people, even guests on that table was complaining that everyone had finished eating and one person was still waiting for their order to arrive. It took a complaint to the front desk after 60mintues before a bar 'manager' came out with apologies and 2 complimentary drinks. After 75mins we finally received our food, without any napkin or cutlery, had to go back to the bar and ask for it. We weren't very hungry when we ordered, but by now, we were starving, nonetheless, there was no way we were spending another cent in that bar. Food - the fried stuff were ok, what you would expect from a half decent takeaway shop. Tabbouleh was served with the koftas, if you can call it tabbouleh. it was (at least) 3 day old chopped parsley and tomatoes, both were on the verge of turning brown. I felt sick looking at it, my partner dared to have a taste, it was bland as stale parsley and tomatoes with a little salt and no acidity. We had planned to have dinner at the Harvest, but decided against it purely based on the standards of service and quality of food at the Barracks. Maybe they are ran by a different team, but we didn't want to take the chance. There are some good options in Windsor town center, which is about a 2 km walk. The room - Modern, clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable. There was no mini bar or coffee machine as you would typically find in other Crowne Plazas. nothing really stands out that makes me want to go back there again to stay. but if I happen to be in the area and need a room, sure.
