Staff are very friendly, professional and accommodating. All our special requests were attended to as far as possible, and our event ran without a glitch. Our rooms were very comfortable, and the food was delicious and plentiful throughout the day from breakfast through to afternoon tea. The barista coffees for morning and afternoon tea were a lovely 'extra'. Our evening group dinner was wonderful. The food was excellent, and the service was friendly, efficient but unobtrusive. Overall, a very successful event for us and the beautiful grounds allowed us to take so great group shots of the team.

Gorgeous hotel in a beautiful location. Felt a million miles away from Sydney and the hotel had everything we needed for our two night stay, meaning we could relax and had no need to leave. Everything is well kept and maintained and all areas were clean and tidy. The rooms are very relaxing and to an exceptional standard (with the minor exception of the confusing light switches!). Breakfast was plentiful, no matter what time we arrived, and delicious. All staff were helpful, friendly and welcoming. We will most definitely come back when in need of a local break from everyday life!

Had a wonderful stay. I should have mentioned to the staff that the toilet seat in the accessible room needed replacing. It was mainly a very comfortable and accessible place. There is a bit of an awkward angle from the accessible parking to the main entrance and there was a step into the pool area that could have been avoided if there was garden access to the pool. There was also a step into the breakfast area that I needed help with. However, it is a very comfortable place and lots that is accessible.

What a wonderful hotel! Charming fits it perfectly. Fantastic service from lovely staff. Good beds. Good breakfast. The rooms are a bit small but very well appointed.

Overall, my stay was pleasant, but there were a few areas that I felt could use some improvement. Firstly, I had some concerns regarding the room cleanliness - it could certainly be better. I believe that with a bit more attention to detail, the rooms could meet higher standards. Additionally, the pool cleanliness was another area that needs improvement. A clean and well-maintained pool is essential for a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and I hope this can be addressed promptly. On a positive note, I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast at the Gazebo Restaurant. The variety and quality of the food were impressive, and it was a great way to start the day. However, I found that the dinner menu could use some enhancements to cater to a more diverse group of people. Offering a wider range of options would surely enhance the dining experience for all guests. I also want to highlight the positive experience I had with the front desk staff. As I was staying in a suite, they called me beforehand to check if I needed the sofa bed made, which was a thoughtful gesture and much appreciated. Thank you for your attention to these matters. I look forward to seeing improvements in these areas and hope to have an even better experience during my next visit.
