Our engagement party was hosted in the Governor Phillip Ballroom. The event space was absolutely beautiful and buffet was delicious! The grazing board in the foyer and bar service was excellent. Special shout out to Sam and team ๐ highly recommend this venue for any special occasion!

Fantastic stay. Good location. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and went above and beyond. Our room was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The view from our room was lovely. Breakfast was great and it was so nice to be given a Barista made coffee as soon as we arrived at breakfast. We'll be back. I would highly recommend the Hotel.

We didn't stay here but went for a breakfast. Reasonably priced. Service was mixed, The manager was very good and attentive. She was rather exceptional. Some other staff could build on their customer service skills. A usual selection of hot food. There was a cold station with a small selection of food. No juicer. There was an egg station. Eggs were done well but there was significant delays (for an egg station)in getting the orders. Also 2 of our orders never made it to the table. It was school holidays and they had a kids station with pancakes and waffles. Nutella and gummy lollies for topping. A chocolate fountain as well. Overall, the atmosphere was nice, food wasn't bad and the location is beautiful. There is a nice little courtyard just outside the breakfast restaurant which looked inviting. We would go again.

Alex from the reception team was excellent, so helpful, professional and a wonderful asset to your team. She was fantastic. Overall my experience has been brilliant, your hotel is represented by such a wonderful team of people, from the reception team to the breakfast team to the cleaning team who maintain the high level of presentation at your establishment. This place was amazing. Could not have been better. The pool was warm and indoors so great for a hot sunny day. There was a kids room and playground set up for the school holidays (and a free lolly and slushy station). The breakfast had a flavoursome variety. The hash browns were so crispy. The pancake station, freshly made pancakes and a Nutella fountain. 10/10 (as told to me by my nephews and niece).
