We stayed here for two nights, it was pleasant to see all the Indigenous art in the foyer, which had a strong perfume smell, and carried through to the hallways leading to the rooms. When we got into the room, it was very small for the price and the room had a thick smell of mould, but we expected it for the wet season humidity. The staff were very happy to serve us, and we told them about it after our stay. Loved loved loved the Waterfront to death and would come again.

Nice rooms in an excellent location but you can see that the building has been there a while. Plenty of eating and drinking options on the covered esplanade below make it easy to enjoy relaxing there. Water sports are also well catered for with a wave pool and water park literally right at the back door. An easy 10 minute walk from the CBD.

I have loved my stays here. Some of the rooms need a bit of love and there is a noticeable mouldy smell in the hallway as well as the rooms. I would say that’s probably a widespread Darwin issue though due to the high humidity. Staff are great and room service is available from their restaurant below.

What a great local staycation spot! On arrival the lobby was clean and inviting. The staff member at the desk was friendly and held himself professionally. When I had additional requestes he needed to get a manager, I was surprised to learn he was in training as he was doing such a great job! The manager was also very accommodating. Great service guys! Wine on arrival and a room upgrade for the win! The view is lovely! The spa and pool bar (bar for curve) made for a beautiful afternoon, and the espresso Martini's were perfect! Even my partner who's a bit of a beverage connoisseur and enjoys rare rums found a drink to his liking. The spa is delightfully warm (locals will appreciate this) Rooms are clean and well stocked with towels and good mini bar options. Bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet so we had a beautiful sleep. Parking is secure and easy to access. The staycation package covered most of our dinner at the precinct which was great! I will probably bring the kids next time for a family staycay. Great accessibility also for those who were wondering.
