Adele
The staff was wonderful. The location is close to both the water ferry and the bus lines. The housekeeping department did a wonderful job keeping the hotel clean. We especially appreciated hearing Elizabeth's travel suggestions each morning in the executive lounge. In the evening Lambert and Marco were attentive and friendly. Upon check-in, we requested breakfast in the Motion restaurant rather than guest points as a welcome gift. We were not allowed to choose this option. That was the only disappointing part of our stay.

Had a great stay at the Brisbane Marriott Hotel. The rooms were really nice and the view overlooking the river and the Story Bridge was a standout, especially at night. The gym was actually pretty good for a hotel gym with a decent range of equipment, although the smith machine did need some attention as one of the upright guide bars was loose. The sauna was great and a nice way to relax after training. Staff were friendly and welcoming throughout the stay, and the location was excellent with plenty of good restaurants, bars and nightlife all within easy walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed here on our wedding anniversary and had a lovely time. Very relaxed, the staff are incredibly friendly and genuinely want to make your stay as wooding as possible. Front of house staff are excellent and quick to respond to requests. Made it extra special as we received a welcome glass of bubbles on check in, a free bottle of sparking and a dessert as a gift for our anniversary. Buffet breakfast was well stocked and had plenty of variety, enjoyed that very much. Thanks very much for a great night out Marriott Brisbane!

Rooms were very clean and well looked after for an older establishment! The smell when you entered the foyer just smelt like luxury. Excellent, friendly service and great central location! Would definitely come back! Great breakfast and amentities. Valet staff were very friendly!

Great location right by the Story Bridge. The room is spacious for a family of three. Although the hotel shows its age and the pool was quite cold (perhaps because it’s undercover), the exceptional service more than made up for it. The check-in process at reception was warm and professional. What impressed me most was the staff's responsiveness; every time I requested something via the mobile messenger, they delivered it almost instantly. I also shared some minor feedback, and the hotel went above and beyond by providing a handwritten note and thoughtful amenities. It made me feel truly valued and well-cared for as a guest.
